Who knew that selling a house could be so much fun? We hadn't planned to sell, but Nancy showed us how much our house was worth, and - best of all - explained why. If there is a hallmark to Nancy Kramer's service, it's that she's thoughtful, reliable and is always willing to explain. If she said she'd do something, she would. If there was something that would make the process easier for us, she jumped in to make it happen. We never felt rushed, never felt pressured - we just felt like we had a supportive teammate who listened carefully to our needs. Admittedly, we are cynics - especially where real estate agents are concerned - but Nancy earned our trust. She always had meticulous research supporting her thoughts, and was willing to explain to us what she expected to happen, and why. Her professionalism and warmth, combined with her willingness to demystify the housing market, made her perfect for us. I still can't believe how simple it was, or how hard Nancy worked. And it turned out wonderfully well. Never thought we'd sit at a closing, relaxed and laughing with the buyers, but we did! I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Nancy came to our home and did an assessment of its value. We met at her office to discuss the assessment, and she talked with us about our options. When we decided to sell our home, she helped us set up a timetable, and walked through the home to discuss how we would get it ready for showing. She provided meticulous evidence in explaining her advice, made accurate, thoughtful judgments regarding the market and explained anything and everything. Nancy photographed the house and prepared a flyer describing the house. She brought props to make the house more attractive for the open house and showings. She was available by phone, text, and email to answer questions, provide updates, etc. She worked with us on accepting an offer, the negotiations, inspections, and more. We ended up with no surprises, a good sale and best of call, a cheerful closing, with buyers who were as delighted as we were.
