They were fine. I thought they took a little longer than I would of thought but the work was ok. I had to get them back twice because they forgot some trim in the front and they accidentally painted close the movers on the exhaust fan but they came right away and fixed the problem.

Lots of noise and dust with scraping and sanding, and I'd forgotten how awful oil-based paint can smell! Four workers started for ca. two days, then number varied each day between one and two. Of course, they have several jobs on the go but there was a long period of disruption. All the workers were courteous and cleaned up each day, mirabilu dictu! Lots of equipment, but left every day with everything neatly stacked in the back yard. The paint chips were removed and downspouts and shutters were replaced properly. Basically about as good a job as one can get these days and pleasant to deal with. Neither the lowest nor highest estimate but previous experience with costs that seem too low have proven to be poor quality. Also impressed neighbours and they got two more requests for estimates on my street.

He was a friendly and personable guy. He was very easy to work with and they were incredibly responsive. They did an excellent job. They were right on target with the price and the amount of time it would take. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job - we are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Tom responded to my phone call right away (same day) and arrived for an estimate within the next two days. His manner was cooperative, well informed, and very pleasant; he explained what kind of treatment the wood trim should have to fill in damage and prepare for a painted finish, described what would need to be done to fix the water damage caused by a leaking roof, and helped me decide how I could do the job most economically. He arrived with an assistant who was also extremely polite and professional, and who turned out to have excellent plastering skills (there was a problem with a recently-plastered wall, and his assistant fixed and made the wall level as part of the kitchen paint job). The two men worked hard and were VERY CLEAN! which was fantastic, as I'd been living with various home improvement messes for weeks before they arrived. I could not recommend Tom more highly. I wish I could post pictures of the incredible transformation of the space - real transformation!!
