He successfully advised us through difficult negotiations with the seller's broker, and he found us temporary housing when we were between homes. We have kept in touch with Bob over the years. Because of decision to move out of state, we contact Bob again last month to help us get an idea of our home's worth and the possibility of renting it out. Bob provided us with two detailed reports, one for the potential house sale and one for the rental. Ultimately, we decided to rent to friends. Time and again, Bob knows how to help stressed individuals make good decisions. I recommend Bob Filene without reservation.
