Great work

Excellent. Richard is professional, competent, easy-going, and responsive. We have hired him several times. He shows up, completes projects well, and leaves no mess. His work has held up over time. We are hiring him again for several household repairs and upgrades, including insulation. His "can-do" attitude and follow through earn him a straight A rating.

Richard completed the job and I was very satisfied with his service. The job was bigger than expected because of the hundreds of screws and fasteners, but Richard stayed with it until the job was done. Very happy with his service and would hire again

Outstanding! Richard called us back very soon after we first called him, he fit us into his schedule the next day and did an excellent job. Richard got right to work when he arrived, worked very efficiently, took the time and attention to get the A/C's into the ideal fit for the windows and is also a nice, friendly guy. A great first impression! We plan to call Richard again for other handyman/home projects and would highly recommend him to other Angie's List members.

Richard came a few times, and worked well. Then he missed two consecutive firm appointments, without advance notice or later explanation other than "I ran out of time". Disappointing. As a partially disabled homeowner, I need somebody I can count on to show up as scheduled. Avoid!

The handyman was a hard worker,very easy to talk too and also was very reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Richard said he would come after 4:30 and he arrived here shortly afterwards. We went outside and discussed where the mailbox was to be placed (new residents need to install a curbside mailbox) - he lined it up with the neighbors. He asked if he could use his electric saw in the garage to cut the post and the additional boards that were needed (of course) and then he went to work. Even though it was dark out by the time he finished, Richard made sure that the post was well in the ground, compacting the dirt around the post at several different intervals. He attached the decorative cover to the post and fastened the mailbox on the cross arm. When the job was done he swept up the sawdust from his cutting! I would definitely call Richard again if I need a handyman. He is very friendly and personable, knew exactly what to do and charged a fair rate plus the cost of materials for his service.

Very pleased with the whole transaction...Richard is very good at every aspect of his work , most pleasant to deal with and very reasonably priced.

Richard assembled a kitchen cabinet/bar for us. He is very thorough, highly professional, responsive and punctual. Would definitely use his services again and recommend Richard to my friends.

Richard answered my email within an hour and called me promptly. He arrived on time at my house and got right on it. I asked him to unstick some windows that were painted shut from the outside and he took care of it pronto. Plus, he installed my window air conditioner unit that was the impetus for the whole project. Richard is a very pleasant and capable person. I will definitely be using him again when another project comes up. He is terrific!

Great. I contacted him the night before and he came today at 5:30--on time. He fixed the toilet. It took longer, I think, than he expected. But he charged me the quoted price. I would call him again for other handyman jobs.
