+ 0 morewill definitely use this company again had a small problem months after installing, it was my fault, they responded immediately fixed the problem, started to think how slowly would it be corrected by a big box store, that have contractors installing the flooring, you don't know what the response would be. award flooring is family owned and stands behind their product, glad I went to Award flooring

Description of Work: They repeatedly, for months, said they would schedule an appointment for an estimate for tile repair and never did. We have used them in the past and they do good work but you have to call over and over or go to their store. This time they never did what they kept promising to do. Will never call them again. Very disappointed.

+ -1 moreAWARD FLOORING PERSONNEL WERE VERY NICE, WHEN WORKING IN THE CONDO. THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS, AND DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING AS THEY WERE INSTALLING THE NEW FLOORS. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR PROCESS.
Description of Work: AWARD FLOORING INSTALLED NEW WOOD FLOORS IN THE KITCHEN, BATH ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM AREAS OF MY CONDO. THERE WERE MANY OPTIONS OF WOOD FLOORING AVAILABLE, AND AT DIFFERENT PRICES. THEY ALSO REMOVED THE EXISTING VINYL FLOOR.
