Description of Work: Very unreliable and confused person!!!!!!!!! Quoted one price and said he could come the next day. My new furniture wasn't coming for 3 weeks so I wanted to book something closer to that date. He told me to call the day before I wanted living room set removed. I called on a Monday and asked if he could come Friday of that week. Said he couldn't but could come Thursday. Told him the price he quoted me and he said " Really I must have been having a slow week when I quoted you that price" I wanted to add a few more pieces so new price seemed ok. Was suppose to come at 9 am on a Thursday by 9:20 when he hadn't shown up I called and he said oh I thought I was coming Friday. I got you mixed up with someone else. Said he could come by 10:30 or so but at that point I needed to get to work and didn't have any confidence that he would show so I said forget it! Also during the week he called my number 3 times no message. When I finally connected with him he said we decided not to take the piano. I never said I had a piano!!! " Oh I got you mixed up with someone else. This business should not be allowed on Angie's List!! A freaking nightmare! Should have gone with the RED flags earlier when booking! If you want someone confused and unreliable give him a call!

+ -1 moreIt went very well. George arrived early with 2 assistants. They carried several large pieces of furniture up the long bulkhead stairs into his truck. George was professional and extremely helpful , as he knew I had recently undergone major surgery. They went above and beyond my expectations by spending a good amount of time helping me with my own furniture piece that I was transporting a long distance by SUV. It did not fit into my SUV, so George and company tied it securely to the top carrier of my and I had a carefree ride home knowing it had been positioned and tied professionally. The price for the work done was quite acceptable given the size and bulk of the furniture lifted up the stairs to the truck. I am definitely keeping George's number for future assistance.

+ -1 moreGeorge and his crew were met with a big challenge. We were prepping our parent's home in Falmouth for an estate sale and hired George to arrive on a Saturday morning. There was a ton of stuff. About 50% was outside and accessible and 50% in a basement. There was a lot more than what I had originally thought and described to George. He and two others arrived on time. Once he looked over all the stuff he said his quote might be a little light. This was completely fair. Most important to me was that he remove all of it. They were able to load everything and haul it away. A great experience. I would recommend George.

+ -1 moreGeorge and his team were amazing. George, himself, is responsive and extremely helpful. We spoke in the afternoon on a Friday and they were there bright and early the next day. The team was professional, courteous and efficient. They are also so personable, easy to speak with and easily trusted. It is because of them that we are actually now able to enjoy our new place.
Description of Work: The team's hard work made such a positive difference to our new purchased cottage. They removed the (many) contents of our home and cleaned as they went through each room. They also removed many random items from our yard. The team went above and beyond.
