Description of Work: We bought a package from Angie's List for a year's worth of pest control. Had the first treatment. Went very well. Would recommend Waltham Pest Control.

Description of Work: Got the Angies List big deal. They did a great job, and we haven't seen any ants since they sprayed. We do wish they had been a little more consulative when they came. We were hoping they would give us some advice about what pests we should be concerned about, but instead they just asked my wife what she wanted them to spray for.

Description of Work: The deal we paid for was for year-round pest control. We often have trouble with ants in the spring/summer and we had a crazy problem with mice over the winter. The folks from Waltham Pest control were quick to respond to my inquiries and they scheduled our first treatment right away. They were very professional and friendly when onsite, pointing out the areas we DIDN'T know about yet and treating them. They did a thorough job and guaranteed their work. The deal includes three treatments over the course of the year and if we experience any pest problems in the mean time, they will come out and address it as part of their guarantee. So far (2 months later) we have not had any pest problems. We are very happy with the job these folks did.

Description of Work: Waltham Pest control came to my house as part of the $300 annual coverage program after we had an issue with Ants in our new house. They did an initial treatment and made clear that they would come back if we had any further issues after giving the initial treatment 2 weeks to work. Number of ants has dramatically reduced so we are overall happy with service.

Waltham Pest was very responsive to schedule appointments and prompt in then showing up for the appointments. This is the second big deal I purchased with them and would definitely continue to do business with them in the future.
