Description of Work: |They sprayed my 5-family Victorian when carpenter ants were discovered. I can't recall either the date nor the amount,because it was a while ago, but I think it was somewhere in the summer for about $200. I do remember they were very prompt and that I compared their services with others and they were comparable or lower.

Description of Work: They did a complete check for pests and put out a bunch of mouse traps. He was good at tracking where the mice were coming in and advising how to keep them from entering (plugging up holes). This was part of an Angie's deal for quarterly service for a year.

Description of Work: I called them on a Monday and set up an appointment with them for the following Saturday because of a bee problem we were having. They never showed that Saturday, I followed up with 2 phone calls that Saturday as well and they never got back to me. I then called another pest place that came the next day. Very disappointing, don't use these vendors.
