Description of Work: It's tough to truly judge this pest control service. They baited for mice and explained that the fall is when their phone is off the hook. I did expect more home assessment to help us figure our entry points, but her explained that's futile with old houses. While our mice numbers are down, we do still see mice feces in our kitchen and I've trapped several more. I am not blaming them for these mice, just getting a better understanding of how the pest control business works. |I was disappointed when they had to reschedule our first appointment from a Friday to a Tuesday.

Description of Work: Provider showed up on time and introduced himself. We talked about our pest issues at the house. He was very friendly and thorough. He showed me the products they use and where he would put them. He even checked under our deck to make sure there were no bee or wasp nest since we were having a birthday party with kids the next weekend. This is especially amazing since the plan purchased through angies list did not cover bee management. We would recommend to friends
