They came out and helped out a lot. I had a good experience with them.

We hired Waltham Pest Control to remove a skunk that was living in the crawl space under our cottage. Our call was prompted by a strong odor that was making it up into our home. Eric, the technician who came to our home, was both knowledgeable and friendly. He checked out our crawlspace and found not only that we had a skunk living under us but that the odor was actually coming from a second skunk that had died. Eric removed the dead skunk and devised a plan to capture the live one. The following day, the live skunk was in a trap that he then removed. Eric also gave us advice on how we could prevent new skunks from moving in. We have taken these measures and we have been skunk free since. The service from Waltham Pest Control was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend them and we would use them again - and ask for Eric - if we have a similar problem in the future.

This company (and Mike in particular) are awesome. I live in the country and occasionally you see a mouse, wasps, ants, etc. They did such a terrific job the first time that I used them that I signed on for a 12 month (3 visits) maintenance program. It is well worth the money spent to have the piece of mind that you won't have unwanted guests in your house!

Eric arrived exactly on time, was courteous, careful, and answered all my questions. He found a hole behind the stove right away and plugged it; placed the traps, checked the attic and furnace - everywhere they might enter. He was a pleasure to deal with, and my dog, who usually takes a long time to warm up to strangers, loved him right away. I am confident that the traps will do their job, and feel much relieved. And Eric found a dead mouse right under the sink, too. Better him than me! Thank you so much.

So far no evidence of mice in two months.

Service tech was out twice to spray as the first day was raining and was unable to spray. Each time the tech came out I asked for a receipt and he said it was been emailed to me. A couple of weeks later I called the office and stated that twice I asked the tech for a receipt and never received on, they said that they will send one out again. As of today I have not received it. The service was done on June 2017

Found the house clear and no access points as well.

They wonderfully told us there were no termites currently and the damage we sawed was old and the termites had been previously taken care of. He did not charge, which was so nice and I would definitely hire them in the future as I believe them to be exceedingly trustworthy.

We are very happy with the services Waltham Pest Control provided. The exterminator's work was both careful and thorough, and we have had no issues since he came. He was very easy to talk to and explained exactly what he would do and why it was needed. His work was above and beyond expectations, including carefully avoiding our vegetables and even fixing a minor, rainy-day leak in our foundation. We highly recommend Waltham Pest Control and would certainly hire them again if ever needed.

We are only part way through the process of eliminating the problem we have with raccoons in our chimney. Thus far, we are pleased with the progress (one raccoon has been caught already), and the technician from Waltham Pest Control has been knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, courteous and efficient. He also warned us of his late arrival at the first appointment, and was right on schedule for the follow-up appointment. Presumably the rest of the process will go just as well, until all the raccoons are removed, and the chimney has been modified so that wild animals and birds, etc. can't get back in.

This service was excellent and exceeded expectations! The customer service representative at the company was great and an appointment was scheduled immediately. Eric arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. He removed the nest along with the old vent and covered the hole with flashing. We will always use Waltham Pest Control for any pest or critter issues at our home. We recommend this company to anyone who wants world-class service.

They did a very good job and their price was reasonable. I have not had any problems since. I would definitely use them again.

Technician, Bob, took care of the problem efficiently, quickly and effectively. There have been no ants since his treatment. Bob was most pleasant and knowledgeable. We will call Waltham Pest Control again should the need arise.

They have been very good. They are responsive, show up on time, and I scheduling is not a problem. They always make it right.

I called Waltham Pest Control and they scheduled a visit. Arrived on time, checked out the situation & determined that it was an ant infestation. Took care of the problem efficiently, quickly and were reasonably priced. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will call them again if the need arises.

Great! Eric was our technician. He was professional, thorough, and personable. He didn't quit until our situation was resolved.

We have just begun trapping today, for what we hope will be a 1-week project. Hopefully we will get the squirrel family out of my attic and bedroom ceiling. This company, and their technician Mike in particular, are great. They are punctual, professional and thorough. I hate having any kind of pest in my house and I feel so comfortable knowing that they are handling the problem for me. Mike went out of his way to address all of my concerns. I am so glad that I signed up for the 12-month special deal that was offered on Angie's List. I highly recommend them!

Was great to work with. It took a few weeks but He did get rid of the squirrels.He explained everything and said he would come back if needed.

They couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. I bought the deal on Monday and they came Tuesday morning. Bob was very professional, explained everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel certain that he could take care of the problem (which turned out to be minor). He was sensitive to using bait stations to prevent our cat from getting sick, and showed me all around the property where we should seal up some holes. I would gladly call them again (though I hope we don't need to).

They did an excellent job explaining the where, what's and whys they were performing their work. Which they did in a professional and seemingly effective manner. I haven't seen any new signs of intrusions after a month past.

Found a mouse in my house and Michael came out and took care of it for me. I liked him so much that I am going to purchase a service contract as he handles all kinds of insects and pests that we have here in the country. Great job! Thanks!
