Description of Work: The Exterminator that came to my house whose name was John was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions as I tagged along as he walked through my house explaining what he was doing, what to expect and to look for. He addressed my concerns and made the visit a great learning experience for me. We had a good amount of carpenter ants, spiders and bee's coming into the house. We no longer have that problem.
