Poor customer service.
Description of Work: Feel completely mislead by them. Been a customer for about 3 years and have used them several times for general pest maintenance. I recently saw a birds nest in the soffit of my attic and called them for an inspection. I had to pay $75 for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. I was bummed but paid since I was told that they would apply to a future service. I called today to schedule a service for the new house I purchased and was told I couldnt apply the credit since it wasnt for the exact same location. No where in the email they sent saying I could apply the credit for future purchases did it state it had to be for the same location. NOT HAPPY that I was mislead and basically threw money down the drain. Guess I'm stuck paying full price for this next visit and then will be finding someone new. Buyer beware. Make sure you ask lots of questions since they pull disclaimers out of left field!

We went out to this location to do an inspection. Most service companies & service providers charge a fee to inspect or give advice if they are not able to provide the service. We went out to see if we could help with her bird issue. Our wildlife technician went to this home and spent an hour at the location to see what he could do. He recommended hiring a carpenter to replace the soffit vent because he felt he couldn't perform the work to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye as it was in a highly visible area. We have been servicing this customer since 2014 and given excellent service all along. If there was additional work needed at the location where the inspection took place, we would of gladly applied the inspection fee towards another service there. We hope to keep you as a customer and would like to extend a 10% discount for your upcoming appointment scheduled for 6/2/17 if you wish to keep the appointment. Could not have gone better.
Description of Work: Was battling with mice for about a week. Got a years coverage with Big Deal. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, on-time. Next day no more mice and none since. He also sprayed for ants. Will have them back every 4 months for a year. Well worth it for no more headaches.
