We have had them for several years and haven't had any problems so obviously they must be okay. They are not good with mice. They are okay and adequate.

It's great! We've been using them for 6 or 7 years & it does it job. They're always willing to treat particular areas that need special attention & will always come out between schedule maintenance for free if we have a problem.

Waltham Pest were referred to me by a neighbor. They are always punctual, neat and take care of the problem.

It is family owned, very responsive, pet friendly, good for the environment, and prices are reasonable.

I called on Friday afternoon, and Mark arrived on Saturday when he said he would be here. He sprayed the mop boards and other areas of each room especially around the radiators. He started in the cellar, especially the ceiling, where we both assumed the nest (?) occurred. The next morning, the cellar floor was littered with dead or very unhappy creatures, which I began to vacuum up. The whole process took about an hour. There was no mess or disturbance beyond having to move some furniture. My cat was not bothered with or affected by the spray and was back in the house two hours after the application. I got a headache, however, which went away by late evening. I would advise others to leave the house while the application is being applied.

They were a little bit more expensive. The way their contracts work is kind of annoying. You sign up for a years service but if you don't do it within certain months, you only get 8 months of service. It's time to time, not year to year. When we paid in August, we paid for the year. We only got 7 months coverage. They are kind of a big company so when you call, you are passed around a bit.

Took care of all the issues and we like the service. We considered extending it, but ultimately opted not to. We haven?t really had any additional issues other than the ones they identify and corrected.

They were prompt, efficient and the final price was lower than the one quoted on the phone.

We use them for preventative foundation spray for ants and other insects. They come twice a year on request. I am impressed by the fact that they have an entomologist as part of their staff, which is quite rare. They are very friendly and professional, and always call us before coming over. I have been using them for 4 years.

The technician was very informative and gave me advice and tips to avoid the ant problem in the future. He also explained the chemicals he was using and how they worked.

They have an annual fee. They have very good timeliness. The people who work there are friendly and courteous. We have not had any problems with them. I recommend them.

I am glad we have a service contract with them. It saved a lot of money in the end, as each call was covered under our contract. They come out to the house twice a year and they do an inspection on the house and yard. If for any reason at all we should have a problem, I know I can call and they will be here right away. I like that piece of mind.

This is a much smaller company than Terminex. Their scheduling needs a little improvement I guess I would say, but otherwise I really have no suggestions for how they could improve really. I would call them an above average company and say that I am content with their services otherwise. I mean they get rid of my bugs.

I have been using them for a long time and there are never any problems. They do high quality work and the product works great. They are reasonable in terms of price and very professional when they come. If I am not here, they are very responsive in returning calls.

This company used to be better, but in general they are good. Maybe I am just getting older or more particular. With the wasps, they left some sticky stuff around and I didn't much like that, but if we are talking about general services I would say I am content and they are pretty good. That is all I can really tell you about them.

I had winged ants showing up in my house in February. Although there was snow around the house I wanted him to spray the foundation as best he could. The ants stopped showing up; the few that emerged died. The technician who showed up (John Bova) was knowledgeable and helpful. A person answers the phone when you call and they have worked with me on scheduling appointments.
