Very professional, prompt and courteous.

The office and the person who came out told me i had a three month warranty for my 3 family house. They also told me i could have an 8AM appointment. The person who came was very pleasant but very late, told he was driving from Framingham-he evidently was not planning to get here at 8 at all and did not know i was promised an 8AM. Then when i saw a mouse in my kitchen last night and called, they denied the warranty discussion. Would not use again. Still have mouse problems, terrible with appointment times and deny the warranty discussion I had.

It turned out fine. They were on time and the service was satisfying.

They came out and they were easy the get the appointments scheduled with. They were punctual. The person who came in to do the work was also professional. He took the time to make sure that he did the work he came to do. This was for a basic pest control general preventative tactic; he sprayed for general bugs and spiders.

The tech was on time and very professional - heasked if I had any specific problems. I explained the situation and showed him my concern. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and asked permission to go up into the attic to place down some traps. He was very neat, professional and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in getting this type of service. He also recommended when I should schedule my next visit.

At this point they are sending a supervisor to my home, due to the fact that they did not do the complete job. based on the Angies list deal. The technician was very polite. However, he was told to place bait and bait stations only. but the deals says: Rodent Inspection, Abatement & Interior/Exterior Exclusion! He said he could not do anything on the exterior b/c it would cost me an additional $300 for an exterior exclusion. He did not offer to seal any small holes even though the deal said he would. I was also told by the tech and the office managers when the deal says Rodent inspection, abatement and exclusion that does not mean Rats only mice.

It has been good; we have a 1-year service with them. They have done the first treatment. I have been happy with them. They are knowledgeable about things like that. I will continue to use them.

It went great. We had bees flying in and out from under our front porch and could not use the porch. I got stung when watering my plants on the porch. We don't have that problem anymore. They were great.

The serviceman was punctual and professional. He set out for the mice and instantly solved our chronic fruit fly infestation with a simple suggestion that we store bananas in a closed container.

The ants were gone in 2 days.

Excellent overall! Was very easy to schedule and the service was outstanding. The rep was very knowledgeable and helping - not only did he complete the original contract, but also took out all the outdated and outofcode/illegal pesticide/poison left behind by the previous owners (last 28 yrs).

We signed up for the full year contract. The first treatment was punctual, friendly and efficient. After about a month, we still had a few ants prowling around ,and called for a brief re-treatment. WPC came right out, sprayed and we haven't had a problem since. They have been professional, punctual, and all in all an great experience.

Excellent customer service, service provided as scheduled, technician was very nice and extremely knowledgeable, solved our problem while keeping in mind our pets and children, overall very satisified

My biggest issue was that they were scheduled to come in the morning between 9-12pm. When they still didn't call or show up by 2pm I called them; at which point they said there was a delay but they should be there soon. They showed up at 5pm. When I had called I asked why nobody had gotten in touch with me to say they were running late and they had no valid response. When they came they had us move all of our furniture from the walls - which was not something they explained we would have to do ahead of time and I had my elderly father there to be there when they arrived since I had to work. So he had to move all our furniture and they didn't offer to help. I think I should have been told ahead of time this was required and I would have taken care of it. Overall their treatment stopped the ant issue we had, but I was frustrated by these two issues with their service.

The experience was first rate from the get go. The women I spoke with to schedule the appointment was cheerful and helpful and they were happy to accommodate my request for an early appointment (7:00am), which meant that I didn't have to be late to work. The technician who came was prompt and professional. He explained the process before he started and made sure that I didn't have any questions. I told him that we had a lot of spiders in the basement and he addressed those and he went above and beyond by caulking around my bulkhead when he noticed a small gap, which was likely letting pests in. I would recommend Waltham Pest Control in a heartbeat.

Mike from Waltham Pest was very nice and very informative. He showed up on time and explained everything as he was doing it. We were pleased with the service and the service plan for the year.

They have only been here once. Actually, they are due to come this month again. We need to con-schedule it. It was fine when they came. It is a pest control company, and it was a service to eliminate some ants that we had chain in our kitchen and anything else like spiders. The only complaint that I had, and I have not said anything to them yet, was that bugs showed up after they sprayed that we had never seen in the house before like Grasshoppers. I do not know if that is normal or what. I do not know if what they sprayed for killed the predators of those, but it was more of a slight nuisance. Then, I was gone for months and when I came back, I did not have any issues with anything. I have not seen issues since then. Other than that, everything has been great. We would like to take care of the ant problem we had, and we were happy with that. There were no additional charges to the big deal that we had purchased. The guy was really knowledgeable about the different pests and things. He was really thorough. He went through the entire house from top floor all the way to the basement. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough he was. He said he did not see any evidence of mice, but he put the traps down just for precaution. So, I really appreciated that.

The technician was punctual, courteous, and professional. I had particular questions/concerns about setting of traps and the technician was patient and responsive. Great service

The service was fine. There was additional charges because the house was a two family and there was an additional charge for the garage. The additional ended up being $150 but I do not know the breakdown of the charge. This provider was friendly and they showed up on time.

That went okay. It costed me the price just for the big deal. We had mice problems and ant problems. I'm sure they sprayed everywhere they were supposed to spray. He asked me if I wanted to spray in the kitchen and I asked him because I have a dog and a toddler if it would be okay for the dog. Whatever he's using in the kitchen is not dog-friendly. I just kept the dog out of there. I just wanted him to spray because I saw tons of bugs in the kitchen like the spiders. He was upfront with me. He said that once it was dry, it was safe. He was very professional. He did what he came to do without any hassles. I had other people here also when he came. He was very pleasant. The woman who answers the phone wasn't friendly. I had scheduled them for 8 o'clock in the morning because I had some visitors coming through. He didn't show up and I finally called. The woman who answered the phone told me that my appointment was moved to 12 o'clock and they didn't call to tell me. I didn't even say that part and I was so surprised. He did end up showing half an hour later after I called. He was here earlier than what the woman said. I had other people there because I tried to schedule them out but it overlapped. He kept coming and interrupting. It wasn't a big deal but the schedule didn't work that way. It would have been fine if they called me about the schedule. I was taken aback by that. It was the fact that they didn't call. The price was good. I would use them in the future.

Mark of Waltham Pest Control was on time, removed the nests quickly, and disposed of the nests. Very good, professional service from scheduling with the main office to completing the job.
