They were good. I haven't seen visible mice. I got exterior treated last winter and then I got the interior treated. They were professional, informative, and they educated me. They are personable, they explained what they were doing, and it was a good experience.

The service they did was good, but I have not been able to have them come out again since.

It was easy to set up an appointment, the person showed up on time and completed the work successfully. So, we were happy with the experience and happy to be rid of the mice.

Unfortunately, they never contacted me or responded to my scheduling requests. Thus, I canceled the deal.

The service was good and the value of the work in comparison to the price is good. They are reliable and I liked their professionalism.

I didn't have a big problem, but wanted to address it while it was small. The appointment went well. I was very comfortable with the representative who came.

They only came out once to treat a mice problem. I still have a mice issue and never saw them after the initial treatment. When I scheduled the appointment they came out promptly. I forgot about the package and they didn't follow through so I never got to use the year long treatment.

We were having an issue with mice so we took advantage of a deal being offered through Angie's list. The gentleman who came was punctual and very knowledgeable about out issue. He went through ever inch of the house, from every crevice in the basement to every corner in the attic. He identified potential areas that needed to be addressed in order to keep mice out and laid bait to address any mice that could be in the house. I follow every recommendation he offered. The results were immediate and we haven't seen a mouse since the day he left. The results are only guaranteed for three months though so hopefully it will stay that way long after the three month have expired.

Waltham Pest is outstanding in their pricing, reliability, follow up and service. I have been a satisfied customer for about a year now. They regularly treat our home with preventative treatments.

The Technician Mark was great! He was on time and very informative! He went through the entire house and explained exactly what he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend Waltham Pest Control to anyone.

It went well. Both times we had them out we were satisfied. They were quick to respond and scheduled they have been great to work with.

Everything turned out well. The technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of the house, and his treatments have been highly effective. It was also very easy to schedule the appointment, and the company responded quickly to my call.

The company was very professional, responsive and showed up as scheduled. The technician was an expert, checked the house inside and out for any holes/spaces and placed traps in locations where mice had been. I was fortunate the problem was minor, the technician plugged a space between the foundation and pipe and so far, no sign of mice! If you see droppings or hear critters, call this company, they were very professional and responsive and the technician was an expert! Great company to do business with and very customer friendly and responsive.

I thought I had a family of mice living in the soffits and joists under my office (a converted porch). Had a great phone conversation with Waltham and bought an Angie special to make the price of removal very reasonable. When they came to look, it turned out to be squirrels not mice (amazing how they were squeezing into that tiny hole!) Anyway, upshot was the fellow was VERY knowledgeable about both mice and squirrels, explained the differences of the services and honored the mice price despite squirrels being a more complicated solution. In the end, I decided not to proceed with their solution and they agreed that might not be the best course and refunded the money. Even though I didn't get the work done I felt truly partnered with them and had a lot of confidence in them. They never gave any trouble about refunded or that I wanted to go another way. Very professional. I would use them 'again' in a heartbeat.

Checked basement area and outside around the house for general pests, ants, termites. Sprayed for ants inside and outside the house. Mike, the technician who came, was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was looking for and what he would be doing. He told us what to do in the late winter, early spring and then next summer to treat again. He also said to call if we had any problems. |We were very satisfied with the service and with Mike, who did the work.

After 5 days, we haven't heard any creatures stirring, not even a mouse!

Overall, it went relatively well. The technician was wonderful. He took his time to inspect and evaluate my home and speak with me about solutions. I was somewhat disappointed that the amount of bait boxes were a lot less than expected. I'm still seeing mice droppings but was told that this would diminished within a month. While I'm hopeful that my mice issue will be resolved soon, I'm worried about mice dying in my walls, seeing dead mice throughout my home or the awful smell of dead mice.

As it turns out the issue I had with the mice was very small. I wouldn't have known this otherwise and am glad I hired a professional to come in and show me the problem areas of the house where there might be problems. The technician was courteous, timely, and professional.

I noticed field mice over the weekend. The person I spoke to was very polite and professional on the phone and would have scheduled a same day visit, but their approach and cost was the reason why I didn't hire them. They charge approx. $225.00 to remove existing mice, seal the house, and lay feed that will kill the mice, but this method would potentially result in the mice dying in the walls of my home, creating a smell. I would prefer using traps so I know they are gone. While they do provide a 3 month guarantee, they suggest I wait at least a month before calling them for a return visit. My experience with dealing with field mice is that it requires several visits to ultimately get rid of them and other exterminators would come back weekly until the problem is resolved. I would prefer the company to be proactive and schedule automatic follow ups using traps. I ended up going with a competitor who provided this service. They did quote me a yearly contract, but it was cost-prohibitive in the high $400's with the Angies List 15% discount.

Bought the deal for a year's contract for 299. For carpenter ants, spiders, mice, house crickets. The provider came and sprayed all around the house and inside (except for bed rooms). Left mouse traps at several places. No problem so far. Easy to schedule and good communication.

Waltham Pest has been amazing. I called them before purchasing the Big Deal to make sure what they were offering made sense for us (our indoor cats had found a mouse and brought it up to share and there are a lot of spiders in our 100+ year old home). We have only had 1 treatment (the Big Deal came with 3 treatments throughout the year) and already I have seen a decrease in the amount of spider webs and we have found 3 expired mice throughout the basement etc. The service guy did an awesome job answering all of my questions (in addition to the cats we also have a puppy) and he was extremely pleasant. We would definitley hire Waltham Pest again and recommend them in a heartbeat!

They got in touch right away and let me know that they didn’t service my area. They were very helpful and prompt and let me know exactly what I needed to do.

Very professional. Margie was great about scheduling the work for a day that was convenient for our family. When the technician scheduled to do the work called in sick that day, Margie made arrangements to have an alternate technician perform the service just a couple of hours later than originally scheduled. The technician, Mark Enos, explained that he was going to do, did a quick survey of basement and crawl space with me, and then quietly and efficiently did his work. I'm going to miss my fuzzy buddies scurrying across our kitchen floor, but my wife won't . The price was fair - it was an Angie's List Deal. Highly recommend Waltham Pest Control.

They came out and set traps and sealled sights to eliminate the mice.

DID A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND THEN SET TRAPS ETC. IT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND THE PERSON DOING THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. The deal included three visits from the service provider and after the first visit, no one contacted us again. We have repeatedly and left messages but never got a return call.
