He provider was very polite and considerate. He was right on time. He seemed to be very thorough. We haven't seen any ants since. The one year service for $299 is a good deal. Other prices I saw ere $275 for 3 months.

Excellent. 2 workers. arrived early and waited until the specified time. discussed the issues at hand and they went on to investigate. they then discussed their findings with us which in included issues we were unaware of. They DID NOT use this opportunity to upsell any services as in moles in the yard and a dead bee nest in the ceiling of the basement. They went on and did their job professionally, then reviewed the completed work with me and off they went.

They were nice and prompt and they cleaned up after themselves. We will call them again when needed. The technician was good and he was able to give us some tips.

Waltham Pest control arrived exactly as scheduled. The gentlemen that came to work on my house were very efficient and courteous. Although I was not fully prepared. They were very patient with me in getting things in order. In speaking to one of the workers I informed him that Waltham Pest Control worked on my parents house in 2013. The worker informed me that he was the same person that worked on my parents house and he remembered my family. That was very touching and important to me. I knew that I would receive the best service possible because of thier reputation for quality and great service.

They were unable to perform the services because I had a duplex. They were very professional, though.

I spoke to them over the phone and they apologized for not being able to service my area. They were very cordial and apologetic.

So far Waltham Pest Control has visited our house 3 separate times thus far. They initially came out just a few days after purchasing the big deal. The man was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly. We initially had a concern with a lot of spiders in our house. Since the spraying, most of the spiders and other insects disappeared. We did call Waltham Pest Control back once when we were again seeing a lot of spiders in our house. They came out the next day and sprayed again. This time the process was even more successful as most of the insects have been gone a while. In the late summer we also started having an issue with yellow jackets. After receiving a surprising bee sting while sitting on the couch and watching a movie, we decided to call Waltham Pest Control again since they have been so friendly and helpful. Someone came out to our house the next day and was able to locate the source of our problem (inside our fireplace and inside the wall). To our delight, the yellow jackets were sprayed and never returned :)

It went well. They were good. I didn't have any issues.

They came on time and we personable. They explained what they were going to do. They were to do a 2 family home; we had issues in the basement with centipedes. They did the first floor basement and the whole perimeter of the exterior. There done in an hour and a half, they did a good job and we will be working with them going forward.

I purchased a Big Deal for Pest Control & the provider was easy to contact to schedule an appointment. The guy came out promptly, finished up quickly, and I haven't seen any critters, creatures, or crawlers since. I would not hesitate to contact this company again.

I missed the part in the fine print where the specified they don't do townhomes. Had to cancel.

Excellent service by knowledgeable specialist. More informed and thorough than previous experience with other local pest control specialists I'd worked with through Angie's List.

He he put out bait, but did not seal any holes, so we continued to have a problem. They came out a second time put out more bait, but at that time there was too much snow to attend to the possible outside entry points. I have another service coming up soon and hopefully it will be addressed then.

The exterminator knew his job and was very proficient in finding locations in the house where mice would be attracted to the bait boxes.

Excellent in all respects. Technician was extremely informative. A mouse can fit through an opening no bigger than the diameter of a Bic pen, he taught us. Since mouse-proofing the condo, we haven't seen any mice at all. Highly recommended.

The first time I scheduled the service, I did it online via the big deal. I entered the address in the comments section because it was different from billing address. I assumed that they would read that. As it turns out, they didn't so they didn't show up. He next time they showed up promptly and seemed quite thorough. They will be coming back in a couple weeks, once the snow melts, to spray outside.

Very professional tech came to spray where needed. Asked not to in certain areas and he was very good about it.

They are good. I have to call them back for another visit and I’ve only used them once. I was very pleased. I like Angie’s List advertising good deals. I had some good deals in the past with pest control. They were knowledgeable. Every single one that I’ve got from Angie’s List, I’ve been very happy with.

They were good. I haven't seen visible mice. I got exterior treated last winter and then I got the interior treated. They were professional, informative, and they educated me. They are personable, they explained what they were doing, and it was a good experience.
