Great. the consultant arrived and got to work. I was not in the main house at the time and came out of the carriage house to find the project well underway. The consultant pointed out a number of issues for me to watch and recomended ways of avoiding future insect issues.

It went fantastic! John was extremely professional..He also completely understood our level of anxiety..We never expected to come home from vacation to find our house had been invaded by mice..I'm happy & relieved to report the problem is solved..It took only a few days to stop seeing the mice & droppings..I hope we never have mice or any other pest issues again but if we do I'd definitely use Waltham Pest Control & would also highly recommend them to friends & family..The 'deal' they provided was an added bonus.

I called and they stated that the deal does not apply to me.

Delighted with Francisco! Wasps had been entering our home. He took care of them for us. He fully explained the treatment and discussed it with is. He was friendly and professional. We decided to use him in the future if other problems arise.

John worked with us and he was excellent, highly recommended. He showed up not just on time but early, and he was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions with knowledge and patience -- I'm sure he deals with a lot of nervous homeowners who have just found termites, and he was just top-notch in helping us understand where the infestation was situated, where he found damage, and exactly what his treatment entailed, including diagramming where he was applying treatment beforehand, and then walking us around the perimeter of the house and to the basement to specifically point out where treatments were applied, and he explained everything in detail. He set expectations on how the treatment would work, its safety, and any affects on our lawn or masonry (minimal to none, honestly). I had been a nervous wreck about finding termites in our home and we got a number of estimates, but this company made sure we felt comfortable with everything in the termite treatment and really explained it all to us. I feel that the termite contract is also one of the better values the market, too, especially after we shopped around a bit and got quotes from competitors. A number of our neighbors use Waltham Pest and now I know why and I am very glad we went with them as well. It was a great comfort to work with a company that seems to care about keeping our house pest-free as much as we, the homeowners, do.

Went well. Showed up on time and did a thorough job. Ants disappeared in about 4 weeks as stated. I could have used better information regarding how to prepare the property for the pest treatment. For example, if I had known I would need to move things away from the walls, I could have done it ahead of time.

I called this company about getting rid of a wasp nest in our eaves and was quoted a price of $280 over the phone. This seemed high so I called another company (NW Pest Control) who told me that they couldn't give me a quote without seeing the nest but they would send someone the next day to review the situation and give me a quote. Their estimator showed up on time and gave me a price of $150 which was almost half the cost of Waltham Pest. Once I agreed, he did the work immediately and thoroughly. No doubt, Waltham Pest Control would have done a good job as well, but the price difference was too HUGE to overcome.

Technician arrived on-time and after discussing situation with me, promptly and efficiently treated the house.

Waltham Pest Control was great, although they ended up not having to do what we brought them out for. We found poops in our attic and assumed there were mice, so we ordered their $175 mice removal deal. When they arrived, they informed us that we didn't have mice after all, but rather bats. They were very professional, and told us that they don't do bats, as bats apparently require quite a different process to remove. They suggested an excellent company that came out and removed the bats. If we get mice, we'll definitely call Waltham Pest Control based on this experience.

Waltham Pest Control arrived promptly at 7am, very knowledgeable and professional. He checked the room I called about and then went on to check other parts of the house. He explained what he was checking for and why during the inspection. He checked for all types of pests. I would have paid a lot to get rid of anything he found. He was very honest and let me know we had to pests to worry about and whatever caused some bites had come and gone. I would use them in the future for any issues, very satisfied.

Very well, they were responsive, professional and steered me towards the $299 Angie's List Specail which increased warranty from 60 days to a year for minimal additional costs

We heard some scratching around in the late fall of 2013. Mice. Just so happened a day or so later, saw this deal on Angie's List and signed up. They were fairly prompt initially. The came out, laid bait traps etc. Seemed to do the job - not soon thereafter, no scratching. So that was good. I figured that we'd get some kind of reminder to have a quarterly check / notice to use their services again. No such communications. After calling them, they said that I needed to call them. Not the ideal, but ok. Proactive communications would be better. If they made that change...

They came and sprayed for ants. The ants immediately disappeared and haven't been seen since.

Overall everything went well. The receptionist was very responsive and flexible, I changed the visit 3 times and she was very helpful in accomodating me. The getlement that performed the service was on time and very professional. We had a spider issue and I have not seen a spider since the treatment. However, we still have moths, however, I must say that right after the treatment we had a lot of heavy rain. Loolking forward to the other 2 visits.

The preparation for bed bug treatment is onerous, very time consuming and a lot more work than what the pest control people do. They did give us instructions and answered questions when we called to clarify. When the technician arrived we had to be out of the house. He was prompt and friendly. We returned after treatment to pay him but needed to stay out for four hours. Their cost was half of the other Angie's List provider we contacted. Time will tell if we made the right choice but thus far we have been sleeping in our beds for three weeks without event.

It went well. They needed to come back and do another treatment, and they did so with no problem.

I bought the annual bug/pest service as part of a big deal. I was promptly contacted, had a thorough discussion about the property and concerns, and Waltham came out and sprayed and put down traps. They were great!

Waltham Pest Control were easy to reach and easy to schedule the treatment. The agent came to the house after making a courtesy call which is always nice. He took a walk with me around the house as I explained the details. He then placed the mouse baits in the basement. Then he went around the outside of the house spraying the pesticide on the foundation, followed by the pesticide treatment on all the exterior walls from inside the house. Since this is the first time I am buying pest control package, I don't know what the current rate for a treatment should be. Overall I am happy with the first treatment.

I actually have more pests since they came out, and their agreement states that the treatment doesn't start to work until four months after the initial application. It also states that they are supposed to come out several times per year, but I'm not sure if that's accurate either. Ultimately, I don't feel as though the deal was cost-effective since I have more pests than when I started.

Started off great, scheduling was good and treatment on time. Solved the mice problem. For ants, they had to come twice and have a call again so not sure about effectiveness of the treatment... over all good, challenge is really trying to figure out what exactly is covered. So far don't have the detail.

They were prompt, informative and quick.

They have been awesome. They have been really good. I will be renewing with them. I took some special off of Angie’s List. I really like their service. There are really no bugs or any kid of issues. So, I was happy. They just had been very prompt. They have done a great job. They know what they were talking about. I was having a mouse issue and I cannot handle that. They were just so good about it. They were knowledgeable. They have been in the business for a long time. They put me at ease. I do not have any issues. The price was great.
