It went fine, they had come up two months before to diagnose the problem, they discovered them, and they came out to spray. I had a good experience with the company, and I would recommend them.

Waltham Pest Control was recommended to me by a neighbor who had recently hired them and was satisfied with their work. Jose from Waltham Pest Control was punctual, professional and friendly. He did a great job and I will definitely hire them again in the future should I have any further pest problems.

Never returned my call to come out for a quote.

I called to set up an appointment to have a chipmunk removed and to handle a pest/bug issue. A woman answered the phone on Saturday morning and asked what services I needed. I told her I have a chipmunk behind my front steps of my home and she stopped me and said “we are doing any animal removal.” I thought that was odd as animal control is advertised on their website. She didn’t offer any additional information so I asked if there was anyone else they refer to, she told me to call Baystate animal control. I told her I also had a bug/pest issue and started to describe them as very small “like a mite size” she interrupted me and said “we don’t treat mites.” I said I didn’t say they were mites, I said they were small sized like a mite. Needless to say, a few more questions were asked and she told me they are probably spring tails, and too difficult to control so we don’t treat them. Apparently my business is not wanted. I have pictures of these pests, but was not asked any thing further, they can’t service either pest control issue. Disappointing.

We have been very happy with Waltham Pest Control. They have taken care of our house for the last 8 years under a regular maintenance contract. They are responsive, smart, and have identified issues with which we agree need to be addressed. Great service!

Superb, professional service, with more service rendered than original price was quoted for and no extra charge. The service technician climbed onto the roof to inspect and treat a beam, the real site of infestation, then treated the outside of the house and checked inside as well where the infestation might have extended - but had not. His work was stellar and I would without question call them anytime again.

It was painless and got rid of the mice in my house.

The first provider came and did a very brief "look" at the situation, quoted a price of $950 for two weeks of trapping, with "no guarantee". We then scheduled WPC to come for an estimate (based on rave reviews on Angie's List), and now I am very happy to add my own "rave review" to this company, and particularly for Eric, the technician who came. Not only was his evaluation of the situation thorough and informative, he spent almost an hour checking into possible nesting areas all around our property, explaining where he thought the raccoons were getting up to our roof, what would be involved in setting up traps, daily checking on them, etc. for the 2 week period we would be paying for. Not only was that less than half of the other estimate, he also suggested that because there were no signs of current activity since the last roof repair. he suggested that we wait to start the 2 weeks until there were signs of activity, told us what to watch for, and they would then come out to set the traps and start the 2 wk. time period. He explained that there can be one to two weeks between raccoons' destructive attempts on a particular roof (they seem to "make the rounds" in neighborhoods like ours, and didn't want us to waste the trapping weeks if they weren't active!) The initial estimate/inspection cost $75 (well worth it), applied toward the total cost when we went forward. So the actual trapping started almost 2 weeks later, and the entire process of setting up the traps, daily checking, closing the traps for the week-ends, activating and re-baiting them again on Monday was done reliably, professionally, with "field reports" being send from the home office since we often weren't at home when Eric or other technician came. They successfully trapped and removed 2 raccoons during the 2 week period, and were respectful of our property throughout. The times that I was home gave me a chance to learn more about the whole process, raccoon behavior, etc., since Eric is very knowledgeable and willing to explain, answer questions, etc. He's truly a gem!

WPC called us back the same day and we scheduled an appointment for several days later. They send email confirmation of scheduled appointment and a reminder. The technician (Mark) arrived on time during the scheduled four hour window. He did inspection of property and explained his findings in detail. Thankfully nothing was found and no further action was required. Mark was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

We left a message on a Saturday. We received a call on Monday, and the soonest they could come out was Tuesday between 1 and 3. Mike arrived at 1:15, and informed us of the routine. We and Mike tore the two bedrooms apart, including disassembling the sleep number bed. Mike examined every nook and cranny with his high-powered flashlight and found no evidence. We then proceeded to tear apart the sofa and upended two recliners in the living room. We have two cats, and Mike also asked about fleas, but the cats haven't been scratching and I know enough about fleas to know that wasn't the case. Mike found NO evidence at all of bed bugs, But when we upended one of the recliners, MY WIFE'S WEDDING RING, LOST FOR 3 YEARS, CAME OUT!!!! She was so HAPPY! He deserved a tip if only for that. Guess we need to do better at Spring cleaning :-). In any case, Mike was very thorough in his examination, and interestingly enough, asked if we had changed our laundry detergent recently, since some can cause hives/rashes. We had, and are trying another. We chose Waltham Pest Control since another review indicated the honesty in not finding the pests. Mike was professional, empathetic, friendly and thorough in his evaluation. I will absolutely recommend their services to anybody with the same issues we had!!

Waltham Pest Control is great and John B., who performs termite inspections and treatments, is a true professional. John has treated my property for termites on two occasions. Both experiences have been awesome. John is thorough with his work and knowledgeable about insect prevention and control. In both instances, he answered all of my questions patiently and thoughtfully. He also dropped by one time (for free!!) to allay my concerns about an ant infestation. John treats you as he would want to be treated in his own home: with respect and honesty. Overall, I am very pleased with Waltham Pest Control. Prices are very reasonable. The phone/support staff are friendly and helpful. I like supporting a local, independent business, and I will continue to do so with this company.

Well, they came in did the job quickly and we've had minimal infestation the past year.

He was very efficient. I have not had to call him back.

Promised to return if unwanted guests returned. Haven't seen either of them.

They did a great job exploring all the places that rodents might enter the house. After leaving the traps, he spent time explaining how they work and then took me around the perimeter of the house to show me places we should seal up.

Eric did a great job finding the entry point of the squirrels, and also the possible nest location in garage celling. He explained our problem and all options clearly. Eric set up traps as soon as we decided to continue the work. He and Mark came to check the traps, remove squirrels caught, reset the traps daily as stated in the contract until all are gone. We are very satisfy with their work.

I have been using them for 2-3 years now and they do a good job. The different rodents/insects that they treat for have been eliminated.

Very good. The gentleman that Waltham pest Contol sent out I believe his name was Eric, was excellent super friendly explaining in detail the work that needed to be done. He came to the house on time and called 30 minutes prior to let me know a more exact time of arrival. He removed a huge unexposed very active nest behind our flood light. He explained what needed to be done to prevent the bats from living in our attic. We will be getting it done, we have only seen one bat, but haven't had that job completed yet and we will be requesting Eric.

Got rid of the wasps on the first try!
