Jim was on time for the appointment. He was thorough with his inspections and gave constructive recommendations to deter mice from coming in (e.g., close garage doors at all times).

After finding them on Angie's List, I called vendor to see if they could do work and they said they could. I paid for coupon, vendor never was able to schedule doing the work. I called them this week (a year later) thinking I would get them to do the work and they told me they would not honor the coupon.

Purchased a deal I wanted a unit treated in a two unit house and they told me that they couldn't do it.

The technicians sent out each time were incredibly professional. Listened and respected what we had to say. I cannot say enough good things about the first technician who helped us finally manage a flea problem that we had been fighting for nearly 6 weeks. We and our pets were incredibly stressed by the situation. He calmly discussed what Waltham Services would do, what we needed to do, and was incredibly reassuring but NOT condescending. They are professional, prompt, and courteous. We are definitely renewing our Home Care service agreement. We highly recommend them.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. A Waltham Pest representative called me promptly. The provider arrived on time and was very professional. He was mindful of our young baby and exercised discretion when planning which traps and poisons to use and where to place them. I am confident in my child's safety and the mice problem seems to have abated, at least for now.

Terrible company. The manager is horrible, has not a customer service bone in her body. Totally useless.

I haven't had any issues with this service provider. The first visit they couldn't do the outside because it was raining. They did the inside while I was there on the date selected and came back to do the outside another day. The second visit they were able to do both. I noticed that there were a bunch of dead ants and some other bugs in the days immediately following our appointment on our porch so it seems to work at least when first applied. it is unclear how long it truly lasts. Every 3 months or so I notice an increase in bugs which may have to do with the application wearing off as well as the seasons changing. Also note that they spray around all of your interior walls so it is better if they have easy access to your baseboards. I often wander around moving furniture out of the way when they come to visit. Also note that they recommend keeping pets and children away from the immediate places they spray while it is still wet (the solution is a water/pesticide mix).

I did not need the service however they were very professional. They were on time and knowledgable.

There was a mix up where I made an appointment and they didn't show up. They told me they didn't get the scheduling but they did apologize and they came over. They did solve the problem and they did their work fine.

After looking at several providers we selected these guys based on the price and the broad base of pests covered. They came out and assessed the house and gave their synopsis. They treated the areas and so far it's been good. I'm loking forward to having them service us all year

I called them and asked how they perform pest control but did not like their methods because I was concerned it would harm my pets so I never went any further. They were very courteous and helpful.

I contacted the company to schedule an appointment and they couldn't come out for at least a week. I needed this service immediately so at this time, I have requested a refund for this deal.

The technician was very professional and thorough. He asked me about my specific problems ( carpenter ants and mice) and addressed those concerns. He baited the interior of the house, attic, and garage for mice and sprayed the exterior foundation, bulkhead, interior baseboards, any exposed pipes, and exposed basement sills for carpenter ants. He also climbed up a ladder outside to a second story window to treat an identified nest in the interior of that wall with a dust specifically for enclosed areas. The treatments were virtually orderless inside and have left no lingering smell now that the spray has dried. The Technitician was friendly, professional and efficient. He was thorough and courteous, addressed me by name, and shut of lights and closed up areas as he finished with them. He told me that Waltham Pest Control would be in touch with me via email in time to set up the next treatment of the series and that they would respond to any problems I might encounter in the intervening period with additional service calls as needed. I am very satisfied with the service that the company has provided so far. .

Waltham Pest Control just came again last week for our quarterly pest control service. It was just as pleasant an experience as the first time around. The application specialist explained what he planned on doing before he got started and asked us if we had any areas of concern or if we noticed any heightened activity near any particular areas in or around our home. He made sure to spray a little extra in the basement where we noticed there was more bug activity. We have noticed a significant decrease in activity between now and before the first application. The year-round Angie's List deal has already paid for itself and is well worth the cost!

The treatment went well. The technician was professional and friendly. He picked up after himself and did a good job.

As our 100+ y.o. basement is 'porous' due to settling, we've developed a problem with filed mice coming into our home. This recently came to a head when we began work on the house- including insulating our walls, electrical and heating up-grades, and other ''invasive' work that obviously displaced them. Knowing the source of the problem, we'd hoped to wait until we'd replaced our foundation and sealed up the property to call in a pest service, but when the other work clearly forced them out into the open (i.e. climbing up the gas pipe to investigate the top of my stove as we watched, at 6pm in a brightly-lit kitchen!) we sought an IMMEDIATE solution in a Big Deal from Waltham Pest.. Mike arrived early, and was a consummate professional. He walked around the house with me and affirmed our suspicions re: their various points of entry, and taught me a good deal re: their general behavior, routes, and preferred nesting locations. I learned why our department store baits and traps weren't working,and understood the placement of the bait boxes as he went through every level of our home. Mike was an efficient perfectionist who explained what he was doing- and what I could expect, once the mice began to take the bait. Apparently, they began eating it immediately, as we literally haven't seen a single mouse since the day before his arrival. Best of all, we know that we can call again for another baiting, should they return.

Waltham Pest Control baited throughout the house for mice as part of the Big Deal. Billed separately, they also cleaned up mouse droppings from a bad infestation from a previously vacant home to get it ready for us to move-in. I had to call the technician back in from his van to point out several areas where there were still droppings even after his "cleaning." Baiting seemed very thorough. The cleanup, not so much.

The provider did not do anything. I joined this service specifically for a problem with fleas. I received an e-mail back from them saying this did not cover fleas. I reread the "Big Deal" offer, and it does not say that it does not include fleas anywhere. It does say, "covers all bugs (excluding termites, bed bugs and bees)". Also I signed up for this on 8/26/2014 and they never got in contact with me. When I called them today, they reminded me it did not include fleas. I told them I was specifically looking for help with fleas and it was the only reason when I signed up for the service. I asked for my money back and was told I had to go through Angie's List.

Apparently it has gone well. We see no further evidence of mouse droppings.

The process was very easy. The technician was patient in explaining the process and what he was using to treat the house. He sprayed key parts of the house (inside and out) and set pest traps in a child and pet friendly manner.

I was very impressed with their professionalism. They showed up on time, answered all of my questions and walked me through what they were going to do. As a first time home owner we did not know much about these issues and they were able to clearly explain it.

They have been out once. It went well. I was surprised that the contract did not include bees. I am happy that we signed up for this service. We always need reassurance that there are no pest problems living in an older home.

It went very well. We live next to the woods and just bought the home. We were noticing a lot of spiders, bees, ants, etc. Jim came by and sprayed the entire house including the garage. We've been seeing a lot of dead insects since then. Jim was professional and very knowledgeable. We liked him very much. So far the entire experience has been very positive. He told us this spray should be sufficient through the winter and to get the second spraying at the beginning of next Spring. I would highly recommend Waltham Pest Control!

There was confusion because I don't remember submitting an order for this company. Further, even if I had they never contacted me. I had used this company prior to using Angies List and the quality of work was HORRIBLE. I am surprised Angies List would offer them as a vendor. I have used another Angies List pest control company with very satisfactory results.
