I contacted them after the purchase and they were straightforward. They only service single family homes, not duplexes, so I had the deal refunded.

I bought a 1 year pest control contract for $299. They came and sprayed our basement after one of us was bitten by a spider (?) in the upstairs living quarters. A week later, another family member was bitten by a spider (we think). Because we have pets and children, I did not want the living quarters sprayed with chemicals. They were professional, prompt etc. Whatever they use for spraying has no chemical smell, nothing that lingered during the day. I only give a B because it's not a service for which there are clearly defined, tangible results.

We are still in the midst of it, but so far so good. The interaction with the company has been fine. There wasn't any additional cost. They did everything they should, and I was satisfied.

It was easy to do a follow-up. The follow-up was a courtesy thing they offered in case the mice problem recurred. It did reoccur, so I called them and they came back and did another treatment. After that, my problem went away. However, the only thing that they did was basically put poison all around the house, but they didn't close any holes or entryways into the house. The root cause is some holes, which leads the mice into the house, so I wish they did that. Furthermore, the first time I called them, I got an appointment and then nobody showed up due to some error on their part and they had to reschedule.

Very thorough service with professional staff who also offered great tips on how to keep our home free from pests. Very good value.

I was very dissatisfied with their service. It was pretty bad, they didn't come on schedule. What they did didn't work ,didn't help at all. I paid for a full year but I only had two services and each of the services didn't work to well.

The bees nest was promptly removed. The regular house and rodent treatment keeps my house free of insects and mice

It was very useful and they took care of the mice problem. They were very effective and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again in the future. The technicians were great.

He arrived right on schedule, increased what had been done before as there was more activity, and communicated about what he was doing. Very professional and personable!

Got rid of a couple of hornets nests. The techs did a good job. They had to come out a couple of times. There were no complaints.

He searched furniture, mattresses and box springs for evidence of bedbugs but didn't find anything. I wished he had also looked in surrounding furniture more closely as it turns out there were bedbugs that were not found.

The work was good. The workers were good, however there was a little bit of miss communication. They left the area clean. I would recommend them to friend.

I purchased the $299.99 annual pest control based off the reviews, the price, and the fact it included mice. I am a new homeowner, live in a fairly wooded area and I just wanted some type of maintenance package. I have only had the first round of treatments (3), but I don't seem to have any issues. i will obviously know more when they come back for round 2 and look at the traps. From a service perspective, they were quick, responsive and punctual. They were out here soon after I purchased the deal (maybe a few days after and that was because it the the day I preferred). Mark was the technician I was sent. He was very personable, and took the time to explain what he would be doing around the house, his findings, etc. I have no doubt Mark will provide excellent service the next time out and will have any good suggestions if there are any new or surprise findings.

They used poisons. When I asked them to take them out, they said I should do it, though I didn't know where the traps were. When pressed, they did come out. The particular person they sent was very nice, but the company didn't have many options.

The inspector was named John. Very friendly, very professional. Inspected the property and set mouse traps. John was extremely thorough. He discovered potential squirel and raccoon evidence. I would absolutely recommend John!

It went great! They were professional, fast and mindful of our dogs. They even suggested I phone the office the next day to set our next appointment. I will definitely continue to use this company!

When he first arrived and started poking around I wasn't so sure. The whole process seemed a little casual. We'd had other pest control people come out before, but every fall the same scratching noises from within. He put some bait around and seemed very careful, very safety-conscious. He found where they had been scurrying along the rafters in the basement which was a new one to me - even after so many had come before. But the real surprise and the reason for the five star rating came as he was leaving. He said "mind if I check around the house a bit" almost like an after-thought. He rang the bell again and said "I think I found your mouse highway." I followed him out to the side of the house where in plain view was the mouse highway - a big hole going right into the house. Yike! Why had something so obvious eluded so many contractors before he showed up? He advised me to wait till the poisoned mice had fled the house and then to fill the hole with foam. Postscript: I feel badly even writing the phrase poisoned mice. After all, this is Minnie and MIckey we're talking about. There's got to be some other way!

it went good , but i dont know why he did not put a lot of baits at the level where the rat was there where wee lived.but he did put a lot of baits here and there like attic basement and between walls of floors and did a good job inspecting... and eventaually after 4 weeks as they said it was gone... iw ould have ideally liked to have more baits on the level hwere we lived and it got caught sooner. he did not put as many traps as many as he put the baits.... more traps would have been good too

No issues. Services were provided as described. Sprayed twice for carpenter ant problem.

Called seller with questions about service. Staff were polite and helpful. purchased big deal. Seller contacted us within 2 days to schedule. Set date/time that worked for us. in the meantime, we caught a few of the mice and then saw no further signs of them. We decided to continue managing on our own so requested refund. Seller promptly and professionally confirmed cancellation.

Showed up on time which was great. Very thorough and very knowledgeable about the product. They had to reschedule my appointment but all went well with no issues.
