After purchase, I was contacted to schedule the first appt. The service person came on time, asked what pest problems we have/concerns etc and discussed what they will do and how the treatment works etc. He then proceeded to apply pesticide on external perimeter and inside the house. Overall, was very easy to work with and knowledgeable staff. I will be contacting them in a few months for the follow-up treatments/preventive controls.

Waltham Pest is always on time, courteous, and thorough. We have had no pest issues while receiving this service every three months.

I signed up for annual service of 3 treatments. First treatment was performed in May. A representative of the company came right on time, performed services, provided instructions of what to do and what not to do and left. Early July, we started seeing ants inside the house and called the company again. They were able to send schedule a representative to come out the next day. The individual came out on time and performed treatment outside the house and in the basement. Overall very satisfactory service.

The service and package are excellent. All of their service providers are professional and knowledgeable. They provide preventative service several times each year and come back if there are issues or new concerns. I have been working with them for 3 years and plan to continue to buy this package each year.

There was a miscommunication regarding the 1st visit so only the exterior was treated. Second visit went very smoothly.

There was an Angie's list offer from this company to provide year round pest control. I paid for the service and attempted to contact the company a couple times. Each time there was not answer (one was during normal business hours and another outside - 6pm), so I left a message with my name and number. Never received a call back.

We live in a heavily wooded area, and when we moved in, I had resigned myself to having a mouse infestation in our basement - on one occasion, I saw three mice simultaneously leave our house, and when I put down snap traps, they were literally going off every day. We also had a pretty significant carpenter ant problem every spring. We had used a few different service providers to help control the problem, but since moving to Waltham Pest, I have literally not seen a single mouse in our basement in over a year, and the carpenter ant problem, although not totally eliminated, is much more manageable. We rehire them every year now. My only criticism is that the follow-up sessions are often hard to schedule well, and we only have them come out for an external spraying - without weekend hours, and with the both of us working, it's hard to make time for a weekday appointment during working hours. But the service itself is effective and that's what matters the most.

Very professional, treated my house inside and out.

All three visits were great. The technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. They sprayed the outside perimeter and select areas (they asked me where I wanted to spray and where I didn't) on the inside of the house. The also laid out 7 bait stations for mice where there had been previous mouse activity. Over the last year we have seen an insect less than once a month. This is obviously a drastic improvement than the amount of bugs we were seeing previously. And the mouse activity has also drastically reduced. Obviously we still get mice as it is an old house and there are still areas where they can get in, but the bait traps seem to take care of any mice that sneak in and we no longer see the mouse activity we used to. Overall I was very pleased with the service and plan on signing up again.

It went well. It was good deal, we just did the first part of it. I would use them again.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to take care of the mouse problem after the first two visit. Spraying outside the house also greatly reduced the appearance of carpenter ants. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend it.

Last service was on time. For the previous service , it took several calls and email before someone responded.

Generally speaking, I have had no issues with the company and I have had them for more than a year. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. I am not sure if the stuff that they use is as effective as my previous provider as I did notice some ants etc. in spite of treatment which didn't use to happen with my old provider. In any case, the company comes and treats the area again if I let them know about the issues so no complaints!

After the initial inspection they identified that the bugs were in one bedroom only. They game back and treated a week later and charged me $500 for it. After two weeks they came for the follow up inspection and said that everything was good to go. As soon as i started sleeping on the bed, i was bit by the bedbugs again. I sent the pictures of the bugs and they said that i had to get room treated again. I had to through the bed frame and bed before they came for the next treatment as i found more bugs on the bed frame (not sure what the guy inspected when he came back after treatment). I paid additional $235 to get the room treated. The person who came second time around was really great and went through the process much more thoroughly than the first one. So far it looks like the problem i solved, my only complaint is that they should be more clear upfront saying that it might take more than one treatment to get rid of the bugs. After the intial treatment you feel like you are in no man's land whether to go ahead with the second treatment or not as the process is fairly expensive.

We were seeing sign of carpenter ants in the house We had them to come in and spray inside and outside of the house. We have stopped seeing the ants.

Matt was excellent. He walked around the whole property with me so I could show hime problem areas. Answered all of my questions and even gave advice. I would use them again and again. I highly reccomend them.

Waltham Pest is punctual and responsive. They remind me to schedule my quarterly spraying services and handle both interior and exterior spraying. I have been happy with them.

I purchased the Big Deal for pest control. They were very responsive and were able to come out quickly when I wanted the service. I would use them again.

We had recently noticed that some wasps were getting into the house even with all the windows closed. Since they were appearing in the same general area we assumed they were getting into the attic. They sent out an exterminator to check out the area for a possible nest. He went into the attic and did a very thorough job looking for any possible signs of a nest all while explaining exactly what he was looking for. In the end he didn't find a nest and explained that a few stray probably snuck in through some gaps in the attic. So far we haven't seen any more wasps so it looks like his hunch was correct. Great service and great attitude, would definitely use them again.

There was some miscommunication in scheduling and I had to call to find out if the appointment was happening (they missed the window and didn't call). After they came on property, the young man was through, kind and explained what he was doing. I am overall happy and look forward to the remainder of the treatments.
