+ -1 moreI did not deal with them. My wife did, but I think the service went fine. I think they did pretty good. Their responsiveness was pretty good as well. The thing they could do to make our experience with them better is that they could tell us what the schedule is for the visits because I purchased this for a year and I do not know when they are due to come again. They leave the area neat and tidy. I would recommend them to a friend.

+ 0 moreSee above. I have since received 2 emails from, Waltham pest control company offering an invoice for payment. The invoice was blank in both emails. I also received, thru Angies List, emails from "waltham Pest Control ' asking me to call them to set up a time for their visit! I called and left a message. Now I have received another invoice from Waltham Pest Control via ?Angies list for $175.00. This has been charged to one of my credit cards. There has been a major snafu somewhere. The first guy did reference Angies List when he arrived on 8/31. !
Description of Work: A single guy came to my door on 8/31-a surprise because I had requested 9/3 after 10 am. He stated that he was from Waltham pest control 'I'm here about the mice".and that was about all he said while he was here. We told him our cat Pixie had become a real mouser catching a mouse a night down in the basement. So he went down into the basement and walked around a bit. Then he placed some bate traps around the basement. I asked if he could see any evidence of mice. He replied,"no, not really. Its unusual for mice to be in the basement, they usually go to the attic." I said that I had had bate traps in the attic for years. He did not up into the attic at all. There are currently no traps in the attic. I then went upstairs. After a while I looked for him again but he and his truck were gone with no communication regarding outside mouse portals or even a good bye. It was very strange.

+ -1 moreThe young man arrived a little after 9:00 am and I was very pleased with that. The appointment was scheduled between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. He was very polite and thorough. He explained to me how the visit would take place and everything went smoothly. I have two more visits left in the contract and I hope to see the same young man again. Overall the ant population is pretty much gone.

+ -1 moreHe was very good, very respectful, and seemed to be very helpful. I was here that day and I asked some questions on things, and he was more than willing to answer them. The service seems okay. We just have to be good in following up with it. I suppose it would be interesting to see 3-4 months down the road whether they would reach out and call us back to offer to come back or whether the onus is on us. I think a lot of other folks may have taken him up on that deal so they were a little late in getting here that day, but other than that, it wasn't too bad.
