Prompt and courteous service. This is the second time I have used their services and I am very pleased.

Everything was done on schedule and well.

Thought for the price ($175), all they did was lay out mice poison which I could have done and saved the money. Would have preferred if they used traps as opposed to poison as that doesn't prevent mice from coming in and they also die/decompose inside the house. Given I prepaid for this service had no choice but to have them lay out the poison. If I would have known this prior to paying, wouldn't have used them. They were professional and prompt but they service/cost ratio wasn't there in my mind.

Condo units in Boston in an old converted victorian home with nooks and crannies accessible to mice. They did the same service in 2013 and we were very satisfied with their work.

Bought the $300 coupon for 3 visits. Dude showed up on time, totally professional. One treatment and the ants were gone about a week later. Great job. Would absolutely hire again and will...

The technician providing the service was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He assessed the problem, noting additional evidence of pest activity which I was unaware of, then put down quite a few bait traps for the mice throughout the house. For the ant problem, he sprayed baseboards in areas that we agreed to, then treated the outside perimeter of the house. We had a concern that some of the problems might be due to squirrels rather than mice, but he pointed out some aspects that made that unlikely, and offered to return if we continued having problems. Since that visit we haven't needed any followup as there haven't been any signs of renewed pest activity.

Waltham Pest control was punctual and very nice. Checked the property and placed traps that were safe for children and pets. Called and they came out the same dady

Sent note via Angie's list to provider. Received a note back saying they would call. Called one day latter -a Monday- Said they would come out for a free estimate. I asked if once at my house and the price was reasonable could the work be done at that time- yes was the answer. Came Wednesday at 7:00am inspected second floor bathroom vent - found droppings and twigs- birds had left by then. Quoted cost I said okay and the vent was cleared and a vented cover was added to opening. Also checked vent on first floor apartment even tho this was not part of the appointment plus add material to a hole in the brick foundation in case rodents could get into cellar. All work is guaranteed for one year. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was at house for about an hour. Well worth the cost.

It included three visits per year. When they came, they were very professional and it worked out fine. They were very responsive. They showed up on time. There were no extra charges. It was not an outstanding service. I assume they're experts in what they do. But I had to tell them what to do. At least, they should have explained it a little better to me. For the amount of time that they put in, it's expensive. I'm not sure how much the chemicals cost. But it certainly can't be $100 a visit. Their price was comparable with another company. I hope the young man that came both times stayed with the company. He was very good. I live in the middle of the woods. It's a deck house. It's wood. There are carpenter ants. They just spray the foundation and so far it has worked. I don't have any ants.

They were very easy to work with for scheduling and very conscious of the fact that we have two toddlers crawling around. Each time the provider who came to the house was very friendly and respectful of our house. They advised me as to what to do to keep the kids safe and were careful in the basement to keep the mouse poison high up and completely out of the way of where the children might be. Overall, I was very pleased.

I showed the provider the areas that I was concerned about and he sprayed those areas. I thought he would do a comprehensive inspection for pests but he did not.

They came when they said they would on time. We had mice in our home and they set up numerous traps. It's been a few weeks now and the traces of the mice have mostly disappeared. They said it could take a couple of months to totally rid them of our home

Great. We have seen no signs of current infestation.

The pest control person showed up the week and day I wanted and worked for about 45 minutes putting poison in pet proof containers all over the basement and in the attic. I have not heard a single mouse in the walls since then!

I found a single insect hole with dirt encrusted around it in my shingle siding. I called Waltham Pest (used them in the past). They responded quickly to my call and scheduled a visit a few days out at a convenient time before work. The person came punctually. He looked at the problem, looked around at the rest of the house, and he was able to describe the insect involved (a sort of a wasp that lays an egg under siding, packs it with dirt and food for the offspring, and doesn't do further damage). The critter was gone, and no further damage was done. He looked for other damage from other kinds of insects and found none. Nothing further was needed.

I never used or tried to use this person.

Everything went really well. The service provider was on time, very helpful, and informative.

They showed up promptly, the gentlemen was polite and knowledgeable. And the office emails reminders for the follow up visit included in my package, that is awesome I would have forgotten.

They were knowledgeable and the price is good. The price includes a few visits as opposed to other company that we used who charged almost that for a 1x visit.

There might have been an issue in the beginning as far as miscommunication but the result at the end was good. I have a credit to call them up again if I saw anything but I didn't see anything.

They did a good job, and we have not had any problems since they came and provided services.

He did an great job. I never saw any mice in the house afterwards. There were 3 tiny ones in the garage. I tried traps myself but that was not enough. I received a special deal from Angie's List. I would definitely use again. He was very knowledgeable.

The gentleman who actually came and performed the service was prompt, courteous and informative. The people in the office who set up the appointment and supposedly answered questions were vague, unresponsive, inaccurate, and confused. When the exterminator showed up he was unclear as to what services I had purchased. When he left I phoned the office and left a message. They never returned my call, so I finally phoned and spoke to someone who sounded vague, confused and uninformed, and gave me 3 different answers during our conversation. I am using this business for follow-up services, because the field exterminator was quite professional. But if I had been aware of the confusion at the start I would have chosen a different business.

They sent a very friendly technician, who came on time, toured the house, and installed 16 poison bait packages in strategic locations. I wouldn't have known where to place them and in what quantity, and probably would have paid as much as half the price in the materials alone. Mice are now gone. Good value.

They were great. They could have been more persistent in following up with me for the final application. I don't think I used the full package. I would absolutely use them in the future. They're the only pest control I've ever used. They're nearby and reliable.
