Vicky was terrific to work with throughout the entire rental process for my new apartment. She was extremely thorough and detailed and communicated closely with me throughout every step of the process. She responded quickly to any questions I had and reached out to the landlord to get answers when needed. She even contacted me after I moved in to see how the move went and invited me to reach out to her if I had any questions or concerns. Moving is very stressful, but working with someone as pleasant, knowledgeable, organized and helpful as Vicky made the experience a lot easier! I highly recommend her!

We are truly blessed to have worked with Vicky as our real estate agent. We are first-time home buyers so we had very minimum idea of what to look for in buying a house. Vicky is just marvelous! She went above and beyond in every aspect of our sale. She advised us on what we needed to do to prepare for the sale, had a schedule of what and when the different phases would be happening, and communicated with us every step of the way. Our open house weekend was a success and we sold our home within days, for above asking price! When we needed anything, she was always quick with a recommendation of a stellar person or company. We consider ourselves to be lucky to have had Vicky as our realtor! She truly cares and went out of her way to help us. She even offered to walk our dog! We fell behind on our mortgage payments and were about to lose our home to foreclosure. We were overwhelmed by calls, letters, and people just showing up at our door whenever they want. Let me start by saying you NEED to have Vicky Kustov as your real estate agent!! If you don't then you are making a huge mistake!! We originally put our home up for sale January 2015 and had the WORST experience ever!! Our agent was horrible and we pulled our home from the market. We received a letter in the mail from Vicky in early May and we held on to it. We live in the same town as she does and figured when we put our house up we would give her a call. There was a home we wanted to look at around the end of March so I contacted her. Within minutes she was setting up a showing for us. We met her at the home and we took a look around and she said.. " I wouldn't buy this house".. She was pointing out all kinds of things wrong with it. My husband and I liked her right away. We had her put our home on the market the end of May. She was with us EVERY step of the way. ABOVE and BEYOND! Very straightforward and honest. Very personable and compassionate!! She was always there for me.. She understood every feeling I was having about putting our home on the market. She also helped us purchase our forever home. She was behind us 100%!! She is VERY tenacious and won't take no for an answer and will fight for you every step of the way!! I could go on and on.. PLEASE if you are going to sell or buy give Vicky a call! We were working with another real estate agent in Burlington who didn't return our calls and was difficult to work with. We spoke to our friend, who had purchased a home recently, and he referred us to Vicky. From the moment we met her, we knew that we are in good hands. Vicky met with us and explained the home buying process step by step before we even went out to look at houses. She was with us every step of the way and took care of absolutely everything - selecting homes, planning the route, setting up showings, and always provided us with complete information about each home. She always returned all our calls and emails, was always on time, and took her time to answer all our questions. Within few weeks we found the right home. Without asking, Vicky prepared a report that showed what other similar homes have sold for so that we could submit the right offer. After one round of negotiations, our offer was accepted! Vicky stayed on top of everything and kept us informed on regular bases - even when nothing was happening. We became homeowners on April 30th and we can't thank her enough for making our dreams come true!
