Tim came to my house on an emergency call due to a total loss of lights. Our outside electrical line was frayed - letting moisture into the circuit box. He discovered it needed repair right away and made plans to come the following morning. I had texted him later in the day to say the power had gone off again. He came back to the house that night because he was worried about a fire and did the WHOLE job - it took about 3 hours with a crew. Exemplary service - I highly recommend.
