Safe Fire Chimney Service

Paul was great! Worked around my schedule and was thorough and cleaned up after. He gave me a run down of the chimney and what to look for - as well a tips for the first fire (we just moved into a home where the fireplace hadn’t been used for a while). I will absolutely be using Paul again for our annual chimney sweep

Wife stayed home and the chimney sweep stopped to service. We had been quoted for an inspection and a sweep at 175 but after inspecting the chimney he said it did not need to be swept and is safe to use through the season. He did recommend coating the crown when it warmed up to reduce moisture infiltration. He could have taken advantage of my wife and Just swept the chimney. It is great to have professionals out there who still care about the customer.

The service went great! Paul quickly got to work on the chimney and the fireplace. After it was thoroughly cleaned, he pointed out that some of the joints needed to be repaired as the concrete had cracked and disintegrated. He was able to remove the old concrete and replace it with an appropriate product for a fireplace during the same appointment. Paul also gave me great tips on how to have a safe fire so the Fire Department does not need to be called!

They were able to fit me in only a couple days after my call. They came when they said they would, did a great job in a short period of time, left the room clean and were very easy to work will. Will use again when needed.

Paul was communicative and punctual. He was also very nice and straightforward, explaining what he was doing in a way we could easily understand. He did not try to upsell us or convince us we needed expensive services or repairs. Will definitely call him again!

Paul inspected the fireplaces and chimneys and patiently explained the proper operation of the dampers. He determined that one of the fireplaces was not dirty enough to warrant cleaning, and efficiently cleaned the other fireplace and chimney. Paul is very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Excellent work and superb customer service. I had two homes that needed chimney sweeping and Paul didn't charge me anything for having to drive 20 min to the second home. He simply charged me the normal rate for 2 chimneys. He was very thorough with his work and cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommended.

I was very happy with all aspects of the work. Arrived on time, cleaned and inspected the chimney with no problems. You would not even know someone was there. He used a special vacuum for dust control. Very impressed.
