Description of Work: We needed home security and security cameras for extra feeling of comfort. John and Stal were very thorough and efficient workers. We began with quotes and they jumped in from the beginning looking through our new home's paperwork of the already-installed alarm system. They read up on the system and gave us a quote once they felt comfortable to say they could do the work with our system. They began the work at 1pm and were finished by 7pm. They were great! They work fast, but thoroughly and never get in the way as you need to take care of your own home projects or maintenance. They were very professional and never once asked for anything. We offered drinks, snacks, etc., but they stayed on focus of the work until it was completely tested and we were happy. It was my second time working with a security company. The first was in NC. Platinum Protection was just as responsive and professional as CPI in NC. I even tested the system once myself and spoke directly to the monitoring contractors working with Platinum, and they easily received my test and asked all the right questions to ensure my security and privacy, (i.e. my security pass code) not just my name and address, etc. I can't be any more pleased. My husband and I did a lot of price shopping and even looked into AngiesList. Platinum beat ADT on price and we were able to start using it immediately, with the peace of mind we both hoped to have. Please do check them out and hire Platinum. John will do a great job discussing everything. He's also very personable, so you know you are speaking to someone very nice and friendly. He even showed us his system online and explained in great detail how it works as we spoke to his wife via security cameras. It was great to have that extra selling point of hands-on usability.
