Description of Work: I requested a house cleaning from Pefect Cleaning giving them a complete description of the work required and I recieved no response from my email. It would seem that, even if they are too busy to perform the work, I should have had the courtesy of a reply. Their failure to reply has delayed my hiring of another cleaning service.

I am really sorry for any inconvenience. But always I answer my emails. I really not received this customer call. I checked my email box and I really did not receive it. You can check other testimonials that always I returned to the customers on the same day or next day after they call me. I don't think necessary this testimonial lowering the image of my company because this customer doesn't tried to call me twice by email or phone. She can call me because has my cell phone number on the website page but she didn't. And again I did not receive her email. This client doesn't know my services, due this, she doesn't needed to punctuate my company like (F) it's simple, she can to looking for another company. Anyway I hope this customer has found somebody else to help her. I would like to ask to other clients to try to contact me by email, text or phone more than once, to this situation not happen again. I am very professional,you can check other testimonials. I accept critical when I am wrong , but at this time I am right ( I did not receive any email). Thank you for your attention Andrea Neiva

Description of Work: I called Perfect Cleaning to have someone thoroughly clean my new house before I moved anything in: walls, closets, windows, window sills, floors, cupboards, appliances, etc. as a one time cleaning, and Andrea Neiva returned my call immediately and set up a time to meet with me within a week, and arranged to do the work within 5 days, taking some trouble to accommodate my schedule. I was a little surprised at first at the $300 price, but she earned it, and her prices for regular weekly or biweekly cleaning are much lower. She spent an astonishing 7 hours or more at my house and it is gleaming! I was amazed when she called me at my office to tell me she was finished around 5:00 or so when she had arrived at about 10 that morning. She was prompt, clear and professional about our arrangements, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend her.

It was a reference of a friend, the young lady came to my house, my wife told her what she would like to be done, she gave us us the price and we have kept her services for 5 years now, and one word can describe what I feel - "satisfaction." Perfect Cleaning Service!
