+ -1 moreThey were able to repair my computer and really fast. They had to go and get the hard drive. They were very efficient and I was surprised they could save all the information they did off of my old hard drive. They are really good at what they do.

+ -1 moreThe service was great! He was a pleasure to speak to and because I needed my computer as soon as possible he worked me in the next possible day, which was a life saver. I'm not really sure what technical things he did to it, but I was really shocked that he managed to saved all my important information from my computer (I definately thought when it wouldn't load I would lose everything). In the end he made sure everything was loaded back on and even helped to connect the computer to the wireless network and did the XBOX360 as well! Great service!
Description of Work: My computer was very broken, It wouldn't even turn on windows for me. The technician ended up backing up and saving all my information and files on my computer and then wiped everything clean; cleaning my computer of the all the viruses and spyware and such that was on it. After the computer was up and working he reloaded Windows XP and all my files back onto my computer into excellent working condition. It's now running exactly like it was when I bought it. He also setup my computer on the wireless internet and even connected my XBOX360 to the wireless internet as well.

+ -1 moreHe knows everything that one needs to know about computers. He does even things that I don?t need. He will install stuff. He wipes my computer clean, and he never deletes any of my text unlike some previous guys who used to delete things. Everything he does is great, and my computer runs much better after he attends to it. He adds more RAM to it if I need it. His rates are pretty reasonable, and I would recommend him to anybody.
Description of Work: He fixes my computer regularly, and he checks up on it every few months. He recently worked on it a couple of months ago.
