We had originally hooked the thing up ourselves and it wasn’t working quite right, so we called him out. He fixed all the stuff that we had done wrong and was very reasonable in what he charged us.

Everything went great. Pete was able to work to our schedule and the job completed without any issues

Excellent. Mr. O'Brien answered my request for estimate very quickly. I was able to send pix and get a quote, then was able to schedule exactly when needed. He arrived right on time and everything went very smoothly. There was something (older valve) leaking a bit the first night, and he was back first thing in the morning to fix it up (replaced with a new valve).

Pete did a great job replacing the lead and oakum flange, wax ring and the toilet. The job was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely hire him again.

He confirmed he would come for Tuesday morning. I arranged for the new dishwasher to be delivered and the removal of the old one. He called an hour before the appointment and said he was sick. We rescheduled for Thursday and I rearranged for the pick up of the old dishwasher for Thursday, even though the new dishwasher had already been installed. He called again on Thursday and said that he was still sick and wasn't coming. I couldn't rearrange the removal again so I had to find another plumber at the cost of $100 more. He did arrange for a quick refund of my money.

I recently bought a 30 year old home that needed a few things fixed. Pete was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and didn't mind me asking a ton of questions and quoting future projects. I was able to text him pictures of the work so he was prepared when he arrived and he even discovered an unknown leak and was able to fix it on the spot with parts he had on the truck. I couldn't be happier.

Peter arrived early, worked industriously, and completed the work in good time at a fair price. The work area was tight, difficult and overhead, but Peter did an excellent job. The installation works well and looks good. He also gave helpful advice on another plumbing problem.

I have employed Peter in the past. He was on time, and performed the replacement quickly. The installation was perfect. He also adjusted a pipe connection which the house builder had not properly tightened. Peter is skillful and experienced, as well as pleasant and congenial. I recommend him highly.

This was my first time using Peter. He came out right away due to a cancellation. He's usually booked about a week out. He was very friendly and efficient. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I even used him on a subsequent job (separate review). I also ended up calling him last month due to a separate issue. It was an emergency and I didn't know how to shut off my water valve. He walked me through it over the phone at 9PM! He really cares about his customers, and isn't looking to make a quick buck. Thank you Peter!

Peter had done work for me previously at my home so I used him when my tenant had a toilet leak. My tenant was very pleased with him. Below is the email he sent me: "Pete came by this morning and did a fantastic job to repair the guest toilet. The problem was the seal between the tank and the toilet. He first tried putting the original seal back in with a Teflon coat... leak still persisted. He then replaced with a brand new seal, and that did the trick. Flush works beautifully, and there's no leak any longer. Thanks, Pete, for a job well done. And thanks to both of you for coordinating and taking care of this so quickly. I really appreciate it as I have guests coming in next week."

Went beautifully. Service was excellent. Finished result exceeded my expectations.

Very well- Pete called the night before and came the next day on time. He completed the job in about 2.5 hours. He got the old hot water heater out front to be picked up by the town and the box the new water heater came in was cut up and put in my recycle box.
