Description of Work: I called Pete O'Brien ahead of time to see if he was available for our urgent need. I had to leave a message. I then purchased the deal for his plumbing services on Angie's list. He returned my phone call the same day and said he could come June 29, which was too far out for us. Meanwhile he responded to the Angie's List message offering June 24. He didn't realize when on the phone that I was the Angie's list person he offered the 24th to. But we went with another service because our need was urgent. He was very responsive. He even called today (6/23) to make sure we didn't want the 24th.

Description of Work: We had a badly clogged washer drain in our basement. We were really afraid it would be a major repair, but it was fixed in half an hour, and has been working perfectly. Very responsive, punctual, professional service. Plan to use again when we do a major bath renovation.
