I've used O'Brien's before - there work is impeccable and the prices very reasonable.

We'll be calling him back to do the work that he identified.

He came back a week later and took out the toilet and found where it was clogged, but because the toilet was so old, one of the bolts on the tank had rusted out and the tank fell off the toilet and broke. It was too old anyways, so I didn't mind. I went and bought a new toilet and Pete replaced it for the price of another service call. The first service call was $95 and he charged me another $95 for the second service call. Total $95x2=$195.

Pete showed up right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He completed all three tasks in two hours which was amazing. His price was extremely good for the amount of work he did. I would highly recommend Pete for all your plumbing needs. A+++++++

Pete was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty in finding me a work-around to having to drill though my foundation wall to run a hose out to the backyard...will use him in the future for other projects, regardless of whether I have a coupon!

We were very happy with the level of service. Pete coordinated with me ahead of time regarding our issues so he was fully prepared to service the toilet once he arrived. He took the time to answer my questions related our steam heat system as well as proposing solutions to fix the weak flush in our basement bathroom toilet (recommendation was to to replace the existing low quality toilet). He was professional, personable and the $95 we spent on the Angies List deal ended up being a great value.

we purchased a deal for 3 hrs of plumbing work knowing that our project would likely go a little over the time budget. Peter was timely, professional, helpful/friendly, and did quality work. he did the same work that 2 other plumbers had priced out higher. we will definitely use him again!

A+ Highly Recommend. Pete was extremely easy to work with, he was prompt (10 mins early even), thorough and conscientious. I was replacing an insinkerator garbage disposal with a new model, but it was not the exact same model so rather than just install blindly Pete checked with me to make sure I understood it was different and to make sure my current set up would work for this model i.e. did one of my wall switches control the electric. The outdoor spigot and valves were cleanly done and function perfectly. Thanks!

Pete is absolutely wonderful! Not only is he great at his job but also has a great personality! We first met to get a quote - where I was able to point out all of my home's plumbing issues one by one. He let me know all of my options and also answered many of my questions (and I do ask many). He even took his time to explain the way my heating system works, how to close the water main to my house, etc. etc. I scheduled him right away for his next opening- and he completed all the work within 3 hours. I would absolutely hire him again!!

Everything went excellent. He was very good, very efficient, and very professional. The interaction with him was very good, he was a gentleman, and he used some parts and did not charge me for it. He was right on time, and he left the area perfect.

Pete called after my purchase, set our meeting time, did homework on the product and called prior to the appointment. It could not have been a more positive, professional experience. Pete clearly deserves the ratings he gets as he does everything right. I would hire him again anytime.

He was supposed to call me, but emailed me instead and I emailed him back. I feel as though I was treated rudely, and that he was trying to take advantage of us.

Peter promptly returned my call and scheduled a day/time to come to my house. He arrived as planned and replaced the faucet in my shower/bath. Peter was very neat and cordial, a real professional. I was so impressed with him that he's already come back for another repair! I give O'Brien Plumbing Works my highest mark!

Peter O'Brien was quick to return my initial call. He spent time on the phone with me making sure I measured the tight fitting space correctly for the new toilet. He gave me very specific and clear instructions on what to purchase and how to get a good color match for the toilet. He also gave me a basic understanding of the different types of toilets to purchase and what might be best for my budget and the space. He gave me a scheduled time to install the toilet and then called me on the day of service to let me know he could come earlier than scheduled. He was punctual, professional and extremely neat in getting the job done. We are happy to have found him and I will definitely hire him again.
