Peter was punctual; knowledgeable; personable; skilled and reasonably priced. He didn't have the part in the truck to fix the leaky toilet, but he went out of his way to drive to the nearest plumbing supply store to purchase it and fix the leak the same day. He was great!! I will use him and recommend him to friends and family!! Thanks, Peter!!!

Peter arrived early and got to work quickly. He worked fast to minimize the labor cost. He explained what he had to do in order to make the vanity fit properly. He did not stop working for a minute to take a break. The old pedestal drain in the bathroom had to be updated to make it fit the vanity's vessel sink. He had all the parts in his truck and quickly completed it. He replaced the other 2 faucets in another bathroom in a blink of an eye. I told him that he is the fastest plumber I ever used. Peter explained that he works fast to make his labor costs cheap so he can make customers happy. He said he that he does not take advantage of people and wants to give everyone a solid job so they will recommend him to others. I could not be any happier with Peter O"'Brien. Whenever I need a plumber, or any friend or family member needs one, I will recommend and use Peter again. He is a very honest and hard working plumber. Please do not worry about using Peter. He is a polite person and gives people a great deal for their money.

Peter was professional and able to answer all my questions. He described our problem and fixed it. He also provide a very comprehensive estimate for work we need to upgrade and make our bathroom fixtures easier to use.

I purchased the 1 hour of plumbing services through Angie's List. On the scheduled day, Peter O'Brien arrived 45 mins late, but hit the ground running. Peter was an experienced professional and worked very efficiently. He knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a toilet that was leaking water from the base, another toilet that that required a new flapper and a garage water pipe that had to be soldered closed. Peter repair reset toilet, installed ball c*** - replace cop fee and soddered the pipe all within the hour. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely hire O'Brien Plumbing Works again and will.

They locate in Burlington and it was very difficult to schedule just to travel 10 miles. The Plummer complained about the traffic and he was not responsible at all about when he will show up. At the end, we needed to cancel the job and asked for refund to Angie's list. It was very bad experience. I can't recommend to anybody.

The was very friendly and professional. He installed our new disposal quickly and we have had no problems with it since. I would definitely use him again, although he is very busy. Perhaps he has so many customers because he does a good job.

Bought a $300 worth of plumbing deal from Angies List. Peter was extremely polite and great to work with. He knew what he was doing and came twice as we had some time left over for the deal and we used it over two days. We would definitely call him again.

I have had Mr. O'Brien here twice now and both times he was responsive, timely and professional. He delivered exactly what I asked for, showed up when he said he would and did not waste any time.

Fantastic! Timely and professional from scheduling to doing the work. Pete was very friendly and professional, extremely efficient and focused. He walked me through what had he was going to do, and what had been done. The whole job took under an hour, and gave me tips at the end for how to help maintain and extend the life of the faucets. Highly recommend, will use again in the future for sure!

The service provider was unable to schedule the somewhat emergency service at the time as he was booked up for the week. He did refer me to another provider on Angie's list also offering a deal. He was very polite and professional.

He was polite & flexible in helping us to redo the plumbing configuration to fit the new vanity and sink, and he worked neatly & efficiently. The charges for additional parts were very reasonable. He finished the job within the expected time. We are very satisfied & plan to use him for other work.
