Peter is awesome. Very prompt to return call - easy to schedule and most importantly a very nice person. Arrived on time and did the job well.

It was great working with Mr. O'Brien. He is a real professional and kind as well. He came the first time and we went over all that needed to be done - he didn't charge us for this visit. He then picked up the parts he needed, did some work in his own shop, I bought the new kitchen faucet (the one I had the I hoped to fix turned out to be defective), and he returned and did everything we needed so quickly and efficiently that I was in awe. Mr. O'Brien was a pleasure to work with, careful of my pets, kind to my over excitable dog and just a really nice person. I will use him again and recommend him without hesitation!

Overall it was good professional service. He even gave me a credit because the work I needed did not take the full 2 hours. The issue with the toilet was not completely fixed and still occasionally causes difficulty, but the other services performed were great.

Pete is wonderful. He was responsive, professional, thorough and patient. The area that the motor needed to be replaced did not leave much access, he was calm and determined to get the job done. Despite the company sending just a motor and not a new control panel ( I had it under warranty and had to order it from the company) he was pleasant about coming back even though he had already done some of the work. He made time for me despite his busy schedule to get it all done. Cost was very reasonable considering all the effort involved. I have already scheduled with Pete another job to be done.

I purchased a 4 hour $300 coupon from Angie's List after reading the provider's reviews on 08/24. The first available appointment according to Pete, was 09/10 to which I said OK. I requested him to stop by to take a look at the scope of the job. He said he will reach out to me within a week. I never heard from him and reached out to him again on 08/31. He said he will try to setup a time next day and claimed to have called in the morning, bottomline he did not visit the property. This back and forth went on for a while and on 09/07, two days before he was to o the job, he said he hurt his knee. An appointment was scheduled for the 21st to take a look at the job and job it self was scheduled for the 24th. He seemed nice when he came to see the property, also said he would give credit towards materials if job finished early. He said he did not see the job costing too much more may be another $100 for materials. I was pretty impressed by his demeanour and decided to proceed with the job. The day of the job, Pete arrived at 8.30AM and started working in a hurry. I provided him with two siding mounting covers to give a finished look to the work. By 11.40, the job was complete and he was on his way. He was kind enough to provide some advice regarding toilet flush valve. ISSUES: My biggest and most irritating thing about the job he did was his lack of professionalism and quality. He dropped blobs of blue plumbers putty everywhere he worked and did not clean it up. He put his putty stained hands everywhere on my brand new deck and left stains on it. This is simply unacceptable from a professional. The whole point of the mounting bracket was lost, when he installed the gas line a little longer than it should be due to which it does not sit flush with the siding. The hose bib install was similar in nature. He trie to make it flush by hitting it with a hammer after installation. This resulted in a leak inside the house which he fixed. He removed a shutoff valve and sealed the pipe, but left the disconnected pipe in its place without removing. It took me all of 2 min to remove and dispose it. Finally when he sent the bill, he charged me $345 dollars whereas he had said previously that it could not cost me more than a $100. He also did not give me credit for the 50 min he finished early. The price was however not a dealbreaker for me as he was still reasonably priced. What was a dealbreaker though was his thorough lack of professionalism and quality in his work. No matter what profession, it is your duty to clean up your mess. It does not matter how much of a hurry you are in. I will never recommend or use his services again.

Peter has done an excellent job. One of pumps needs to be situated on a higher position from the bottom of the pit. He had to build a sound plateform for that. He is a very skillful prumber doing everything right on the first time. He carfully listened to my need and provides the best recommendation and service. He is a very likeable person as well by patietly answering any question related to my project. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

The work was completed on time and so speedily that I have a $100 credit that I know I will use at a later date. I highly recommend the provider for both his professionalism and the quality of his work

Peter did an excellent job. I thought the issue was with the spigot but the issue was with an interior plumbing issue. The issue was corrected for far less that I thought it would cost and now that spigot is working perfectly!

Pete installed a sump pump last spring and I was very satisfied with Pete's work so I reached out to him when I need to replace my broken dishwasher. Pete was very accommodating, took time out of his busy schedule and came over the next Monday to disconnect the old dishwasher. The following Monday, Pete came over to connect the new dishwasher, even on his vacation day. Pete stayed to make sure that the dishwasher ran properly and cleaned up the space. Overall, I am very pleased with Pete's work and professionalism and I will hire him in the future again.

First rate all the way, in terms of professionalism, care, skills. Pete came one time to our house to identify what caused the problems and to note what parts needed to ordered. That was covered by the Angies List coupon we had bought. Once the parts had been received, he came a second time to replace the worn parts with the ordered replacement parts. We will receive a bill for that. I would note that a different plumber had looked at one of the leaks and had told us we would have to replace the sink, which is of an unusual (outdated) type. Pete had a better, less inexpensive approach of merely replacing a worn par. Will absolutely call Pete next time we need plumbing services.

Pete is very good. He knows his stuff and is very nice.

He came early to the appointment, which we had arranged for 3 weeks ago. He was professional, highly experienced, and easy to talk to, brought all necessary equipment, installed it and then had me check to see if it worked to my satisfaction. He corrected an oversight by a previous plumber. He also gave me an option of how to connect the strainer for easier cleaning, and we went with what worked best for me. All in all, a most positive experience.

No more leaks. Very nice company, very nice people., I would definitely use this company in the future.

Found Mr. O'Brien on the list. We had a pump that sounded like six lawnmowers going on in the basement. He checked out the pics I sent, came over, got the pump and did all this making room for us before leaving for vacation. His first visit was to see if a less expense alternative was available. need I say more? He's professional and personable. He's now my plumbing guy and should be yours.

Pete was great to work with. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, went through the issues efficiently. Then, he got right to work. I have him give me estimates on my next projects (renovating two bathrooms) and will definitely use him for the work.

The work went well. Peter is great about responding to calls, listening to customer concerns, and problem solving. His work is good and his prices are reasonable. He obviously, and correctly, takes pride in his work! I would definitely recommend O'Brien Plumbing Works.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed and fixed problem with refrigerator leak; replaced part in refrigerator. Replaced part in shower and fixed temperature problem. Replaced old garbage disposal unit with new one. Friendly, professional, excellent worker.

Couldn't have gone better. Resolved all issues. Very happy with results. would definitely use him again on any major project.

Very friendly, explained things clearly, fixed things well. When I asked about other projects I wanted to tackle (changing faucets and shower trim), he gave good advice, encouraged me to try on my own and said he'd be available if I couldn't do it.

Peter showed up a little ahead of schedule, a warm greeting, and had the job completed inside of 1/2 hour. He was VERY kind and professional. Upon his exit, he thanked us for the business and stated he was available to us for any other future plumbind needs. If and when, we'll be calling on him again.

I made an appointment for 7/9 at 1pm so I could be there when he came. But for some reason he decided to come on 7/7 and my daughter let him in. He worked for less than an hour and left. If he had come on the correct day I would have had him work the full hour I paid for and fix another plumbing issue for me. I feel I did not get the full value of what I paid for.

It went great. He was done in a very short period of time and everything looked and worked great.

Project went great. He arrived on time and completed the install quickly with no fuss or problem.
