I called numerous times because I was having problems getting the program setup. They offered to send an email with a link (tutorial) to learn how to use it for $30. The link wasn't helpful. I don't know how to use the program and no one seems to care. When I call they make me feel like I am bothering them.
Description of Work: I purchased software called, "Dragon" for voice recognition.

Difficult to recommend
Description of Work: The company's customer support system makes it difficult to obtain basic information. I was transferred to 4 different foreign operators and then transferred to customer support where I waited for 20 minutes before being disconnected.
