+ -1 moreIt was terrific! Repairing these panes is a project which we've put off for years (as in more than a decade). Periodically, we've had people take a look at it. They always reported that it would take weeks, be complicated and be quite expensive, hence our reluctance to proceed. On the other hand, the guys from Mass Glass came by, quickly evaluated the windows and assured us that it would be a straight-forward project. Even better? It actually was. They ordered the windows and came within a few hours. Replacing the panes took them less than half an hour. They were prompt, polite and very responsive. It was also nice to hear them give an honest assessment that a repair would be better done by a carpenter. Not only would we use them again, but now we don't dread breaking another window.
Description of Work: We had four window panes that needed to be repaired: two were tempered glass and two bordered our front door. The double paned windows needed to be special ordered, which they did. They also evaluated a skylight. They checked it and reported that they could do it, but it would be cheaper to use a carpenter given the condition of the wood.
