Description of Work: We contacted Roger Cook at the recommendation of our landscape designer. Called him on a Tuesday, didn't hear back from him for five days so I called again. He finally called back but we were unavailable. In the voicemail he said he would "try again tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went with no call, so I called him again two days later. No return call for a week, so I spoke with the landscape designer, with whom Roger had done work before, and he called Roger. Roger assured him that he would contact me that day. A week passed and we never heard from him. Shocked to see how unprofessionally he handled the whole thing. If business is that good, have someone on your staff who is charged with calling customers back to let them know that you can't take new clients. Wouldn't work with him, and would recommend that others approach work with him very carefully.
