Haultail

I have driven over 500 miles all around Washington state delivering packages for Haultail all the while not being compensated as promised. I have been waiting for over 14 days now since I havent been paid. They keep telling me they they'll get my payment going, or they will look into it or contact their accountant. I have not seen a single dime!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a package from rjreynolds company. It was shipped on 3/28/22. It has been sitting at haultail “terminal” since 4/6/22 and it is now 4/15/22. I have called every day for several days. They tell me it via phone and text it will be delivered yet no delivery and when I call they just either say they are trying to get in contact w driver or they will look into it and get back to me. They will not give me an address to go and pick up the package myself. I don’t know what to do to get my almost $200 package delivered or in my hands. I’m debating contacting police at this point. Beyond frustrating. Sham of a company and I would HIGHLY recommend you do NOT use them for anything

I was advised by their female assistant from this phone number +18006151150 that their usual driver was unavailable so they hired me through a third party site. I completed the move job with myself and someone I hired personally. We worked 4 hours and completed a flawless job and the customers were happy. Now it came time to collect wages ($300) from HaulTail. They ignored me for hours and stated "their guy" didnt have any money to pay us. Very frustrating. Local police was contacted in regards to FRAUD and a possible SCAM to which they responded by finally paying what we were due. DO NOT USE*** DO NOT WORK FOR***

If I could give zero stars, I would. This "company" is a sham. Settle in, here's what happened: I requested a quote for them to haul away a sofa and loveseat. I specifically noted it was a two person job. They gave me a quote (around $100). I sent them photos of the sofas to ensure the accuracy of their quote and they increased it by $58, which was fine. On the date of pick up, only one hauler showed up. A super skinny, 30 something year old showed. He had no tools, and NO MASK. He clearly couldn't lift the sofas on his own and my father, who has a heart condition and who didn't want to haul the sofas because of it, ended up carrying the other end, just to help the kid out. I immediately and angrily reached out to customer service. They offered to send another team but by then my dad and the hauler had taken the sofas downstairs via the building elevator. I said they had blatantly lied and demanded a refund. They told me to cancel the job on their app in order to get a refund, and I did. They didn't tell me that once I cancelled, the hauler would not receive a dime. So the man they sent went NUTS. He stormed into the building and dragged one of the sofas into the elevator and left it in there as revenge. The other sofa he left in the middle of the street where cars were passing. My building super screamed bloody murder at me, as he should have. I called the company and asked that they send someone right away. I told them that as an attorney, I'd make sure they are liable for the damage to the building elevator and liable if anyone got into an accident because of the sofa in the middle of the street. They had the gall to tell me to "reorder" another team to pick up the mess they made. I told them I wouldn't pay a dime and demanded to speak to a manger, which never happened. The customer service lady said she'd ask the company management team to take care of it. An hour passed with the sofa still in the middle of the street. The company got back to me only to say they'd schedule someone if I paid. I told them to do whatever only to get the freaking sofas out of the elevator and street. They said they'd send another two haulers ASAP. Another THREE hours passed and ONE hauler showed up (AGAIN). AND they charged my credit card. Take my advice, please. Go literally anywhere else. This company is not worth your time, health, or money. Also they clearly mistreat their workers and don’t pay them when there is a dispute OR their workers are INSANE and mentally unstable. I have aged ten years from this morning.
