+ -1 moreTerrible. They wanted to replace the hard drive and motherboard to the tune of $750 minimum. We talked to three different people and they all gave different answers. The common refrain was buy a service plan. It's two years old and has been well taken care of.
Description of Work: Wire from laptop tp screen was pinched or had pulled away because the screen sometimes flickered in certain positions.

+ -1 moreGreeted upon entering store. Employee approached us and offered help as we looked a product selections. Discussed with employee are needs, and what products met our needs. Employee was knowledgeable concerning the different options available. Based on what we our needs and wants were the employee made his recommendations and gave the reasons why. Check out clerk was friendly, and she handled our transaction quickly and correctly.
Description of Work: Advice for purchase of computer modem.

+ -1 moreI bought the laptop from them. It was under warranty and they restored it right away. Best buy was doing okay as far as sticking to their warranties and restoring my computer. They seemed to honor their warranties well. They are courteous and helpful. My wife nor I have not tried what they officially claimed which is if we buy an item and if we find another lower priced, they'll match it. We did buy a GPS from them. It happens to be convenient and so far we've had good experience with them. We go shop there for our electronic needs and we also compare it to stuff we can get online.
Description of Work: Best Buy restored my laptop as the antivirus program had destroyed the operating system.
