+ -1 moreTHEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY WERE PATHETIC. I WOULD NEVER BUY A COMPUTER FROM GATEWAY AGAIN. THEY REPLACED OUR COMPUTER WITH ANOTHER ONE, AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL US. WE FOUND OUT BY LOOKING AT THE SERIAL NUMBER.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPAIR THE MAIN FRAME OF THE COMPUTER OR THE HARD DRIVE ACTUALLY.
