I had trouble from the start getting this company to come out and do the job. I had them come out in March for an estimate and it took many calls for this company to come out and start the job. I was told that the owner, Jack would do most of the work but this was untrue and never did any of the actual work. I had to monitor the job and make corrections throughout the project to get it done looking right. The company was also unaware that certain stones had to be ordered so my project was delayed. At one point they wanted me to pick out another stone so they could hurry up the job and get it done not caring that i had a vision for the final outcome. Whenever i called the owner about questions or concerns he was rushed, and not polite or professional. Once the walkway and stairs were put in I had a few concerns regarding the finish product and the owner was not responsive to my calls. When he finally called me back he was very aggressive, defending his work of his team and brushing my concerns off as not important (calling them silly and not fixable when in fact they are) Aesthetically the stair siding where the ledge was had a huge visible gap that he told me to put dirt into (when actually another stone is needed). It makes no sense and the company should take more pride in their work and listen to their customers who are paying them. The owner was very rude to me on the phone and refused to come and finish the job. He was raising his voice and saying unprofessional things. I would not recommend this vendor due to lack of professionalism/customer service and the fact they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Everything looks great. Wall is straight, steps came out great and garage floor looks beautiful. Curb is done. They even took the time to coordinate the grading of the garage entrance apron with the paving company that will be paving the driveway. There was one small problem. Some of the stones on the top of the wall came loose from the cement. We think this is from the extremely hot weather at the time of the construction. When I discussed this issues with owner, there were no issues about dealing with the problem. It was fixed right away. Great work - THANKS
Description of Work: I had approx. 80 ft of stone wall demolished and a new wall rebuilt and moved approximately 2 ft over to widen a driveway. Wall height ranged from 3' down to 0.5'. Project required cutting a concrete walk back 2' and pouring a couple of cement steps. I also had him move the granite curb to widen the entrance to the driveway. The second portion of the project was to remove and repour the concrete floor in my 3 car garage.
