They worked extremely hard. They cleaned up. They were excellent. They were really good. Very pleasant.

The office was very polite, took the information and they were available on the day I wanted. Chris came by and we went over what was needed. He fixed a slow drain in one bathroom sink, had to remove and replace an assembly so I could have the drain stopper working again, as well as fix a leaky faucet in another bathroom sink, and replaced a shut off valve that supplied hot water to a dishwasher. He did come across one issue where he needed to check for a part to replace with the 2nd floor bathroom faucet (the faucet that leaked) since they didn't commonly carry the parts made by the manufacturer my faucet was made by, but could check a local supply company and order them. Turns out one of the guys working for Chase had them, so he came by and dropped them off and Chris was able to finish that part of the job. This was a positive thing since he didn't have to wait for a supplier to deliver an order, and it saved me another service call! He also had to do a little more work than anticipated to replace the shut off valve, but it was probably better in the long run. Chris was very professional and completed the work and explained the work he was doing as he went along. He went over everything with me after he finished showing me the work that was done. Plus, the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the work, the professionalism and price going with Chase Plumbing. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to others looking for a good plumbing company.

The plumber (Steve) arrived within the stated time frame, called from the driveway to announce his arrival, and was extremely courteous. He was neat and organized, and took pains to protect the floors from a mess. He explained his approach to troubleshooting, and based on the age of the plumbing, came-up with cost-effective solutions. He made additional adjustments (such as securing a toilet to the floor and tweaking the tank fill levels) to improve the performance of the fixtures. Additionally, he worked very quickly and was prepared with all the necessary parts on his truck. All 3 toilets are now in good running order.

We had all kinds of problems. He got us up and running in no time at all. We had no idea what we were in for, and it was a big mess. I would highly recommend them, and they are very professional. They do quality work. They are really the best around. I have had a lot of different plumbers, and I will always use these guys. They are very friendly, and professional. They are a good find.

They did a good job with the cleaning but didn't get to the levels that we thought they were supposed to. They were responsive and did the work that we asked them to do but we did not get the results we were expecting. They were very nice. They didn't bring the correct equipment for the job so they had to come back and they double charged us.

Very prompt - in fact arrived earlier than the time window given! We had a list of several things that needed to be done. A new kitchen faucet installed, two leaks from an upstairs bathroom fixed and a leaky downstairs toilet. He did the kitchen faucet and leaky toilet quickly and efficiently. In addition, he took the time to inspect the upstairs bathroom and determined one leak was most likely from cracked caulking, not internal pipes leaking. The second leak was an upstairs toilet seal that needed to be replaced. Easy and inexpensive fixes in both cases when I had been worried they may be expensive and difficult. Very prompt, very professional, explained how the leaks had happened and what he needed to do to fix them. So happy to find a plumber I trust.

All went well! This was a messy, unpleasant job completed in a pleasant fashion.

It was very unprofessional. They promise to do the job and never come to the site. I would stay away of this company. The phone person is forgetting to call you and does not let you speak with the owner. UPDATE: Received two calls with no caller id number displayed. A person on the phone claimed to be the owner of the company. He was screaming at me and threatening with an attorney because I left a negative review. Extremely offensive and unprofessional! I asked him to make sure to never call me again. Contacted Angie's List and reported this behavior. As a member of Angie's list I have a right to leave a review that I feel this business deserves. After today's incident I am very glad that I did not hire them and advise everyone else to stay clear of Chase Plumbing Co Inc.

Great! They were responsive (1-day turnaround), had the product I wanted installed, charged a reasonable amount, and left our house with the sink area cleaned up. Good all around.

A mixed bag here. - The work was completed over two days (as expected - had to wait for parts, delivery of new dryer). - First day very punctual, and at the end of the first day I was told by the plumber that he would return the next day, first thing at 7am. Did not show up at that time, so I called the office and was told that the plumber did not know anything about scheduling, and that on their schedule he would arrive in the afternoon. He did - Received helpful advice on the selection of the automatic shut-off valve, which they sourced by the next day - The installation of the automatic shut-off valve was problematic. Was told it would hang discretely behind the dryer, but instead it was installed with valves and hoses hanging obtrusively on top of the washer. Did not accept that and the plumber reinstalled with long hoses to the side. Better, but honestly it was a tangled mess of hoses that did not suggest professionalism or attention to detail or aesthetics. Also the plumber was unfamiliar with the valve and did not test it after installation. When we tested it together it did not work, so extra time was used troubleshooting. Ultimately fixed. - Installation of main shut-off valve, and gasket all good - Cost was higher than expected, partly because the parts were higher than quoted, and partly because of the extra time charges Again, a mixed bag. Some good and the work is complete and functional. But enough concerns that I didn't walk away thinking that it was all that professional. I'd be inclined to try someone different for my next service.

I called Chase one night about a toilet leak. They came first thing in the morning, fixed it, and walked me through the problem. Very professional.

They have been back and forth throughout the year for a project that we have been doing. We started in March and it is completed. They weren’t very good with phone calls sometimes but they always responded to emails so that was fine.

I really appreciated the quick response. When I called in to have my leaking water heater replaced, they showed up the next day at 8 am right on time as they had promised. They did a very professional job with the purchase and installation of the new water heater. All I can say I am very happy with the result.

Chase Plumbing finished the job in 3 hours. The two plumbers were prompt, courteous, met all my expectations, and answered all of my concerns above and beyond what I expected. For instance, I've been trying to discover a company that provides inspection to residential fire sprinkler systems and I haven't had much luck. The plumbers called back to the office and provided me with a contact to call to see if they offer the service. Furthermore, I didn't expect them to label all the incoming water pipes, which is wonderful. The plumbers provided valuable feedback about not needing to do the extra work of installing a water pressure reducer because we are within code and it wouldn't make much difference for the amount of money to install the part. Chase Plumbing has quickly gained my trust for future work.

I was gathering estimates for a plumbing job. Ian from Chase plumbing contacted me right away and we discussed the job. He was very accommodating to my schedule in regards to time/day. In the end I had a friend who offered her husband to do the job in return for a favor. But I would definitely use Chase in the future if the need arose. Professionalism goes a long way. I first contacted Chase for an estimate. They were diligent in getting me the estimate, and being able to start the work about 2 weeks after the contract was signed and deposit was made. This was really incredible for us as we had received a number of estimates from different plumbers that just didn't have time for us. The plumbing work took 2 full days for 2 of their workers. The workers showed up early, and work hard through the day. The minor demo work they had to do was done cleanly, and they made no marks on my house taking out the old pieces. They wired all the pipes exactly the way I wanted them. I was very happy with their work. I had a lot of requests to handle the work in specific ways. They were happy to listen to my requests, and they performed well. They got used to my requests, and in some cases double checked with me prior to starting certain pieces of the job. The one bad part was the electrician they brought along to wire my thermostat for the new zone. Their electrician was to give me a 5-wire hookup with red, white, and green (common) to be wired for me. However, he wired the red wire to the white hookup, the white wire to the red hookup, and he didn't wire the common at all! Luckily I got a Nest and during the programming of it, Nest told me what wires were incorrectly wired. I had to go shut off the power and do the wiring myself. Also luckily that my Nest didn't get a short circuit!! Imagine if I had to pay for that! You'd be better off getting your own electrician if you need a thermostat to be wired as well.

After calling Ian, the owner, the day before and told him our urgent plumbing needs, he promised to be at our house the next day between 7-8. The next day he arrived at 6:50am ready to go. We walked through and discussed what needed to be done, and he got to work. He fixed the kitchen sink faucet, I was ready to replace, saving me money! He said the exterior faucet shut off just needed to be tightened, saving me money! Ian is a pleasure to work with, knows his profession through and through. I found Chase plumbing working at "The Inn at Hastings" in Lexington, and wasn't sure if he would be interested in a small job. I checked his reviews on great reviews on Angie's list and called him. Ian is very professional. Prior coming to the house he text messaged to let me know the expected time of arrival. When he arrived he had brought a couple different faucets with him after discussion installation and mounting options he proceeded with the work. Prior leaving he ensured everything was up and running again as he had turned the main gas and water off. He was on time and the job was done neatly and professionally. Thanks Ian.

shower fixture was leaking. Ian quickly identified the problem and explained the situation in detail to me. It was a simple fix so he offered to look at any other plumbing issues I had (which were none). Because the fix was so simple he reduced the fee for me, which I appreciated greatly.

The pipe has been repaired and my room is put back together. Chase fixed my problems and put my mind at ease.

Very easy to contact and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Arrived on time, was very professional and tidy. We originally just wanted a garbage disposal installed but decided to buy a new kitchen faucet and have it installed. We bought a defective faucet and he was able to come back the SAME DAY and finish the job once we returned and bought another faucet. We are also about to get a new dishwasher (the delivery from the manufacturer was delayed) and he gave us tips on how to do it ourselves. If we do not succeed, we will definately be calling him back!

Great overall service. Arrived rapidly and on time. Fixed what was broken quickly. Neat and clean and efficient.

I am here to point out another positive interaction with Chase plumbing!! As usual, easy to contact, set up time to do the work, arrived promptly and was perfect. Ian's company is consistently reliable and a pleasure to work with. They follow up on emails and do a quality job. I had replaced the vanity top only to find that the drain in the sink bowl did not line up with the old p-trap. Ian was kind enough to fit me in on two day's notice as I had guests coming over that weekend. Set up time, came over, did the job...all set. Thanks again for a great job.
