+ -1 moreVery well. The entire system needed to be reconfigured, which was a time-consuming process, so Mr. Cole volunteered to take the machine home, where it could run on its own. This saved me a good deal of money as he didn't have to sit in my office for hours staring at the progress report on the screen. The PC has been in top working order ever since and I would recommend Onsite PC Doctor to anyone who has trouble with their computers(and who doesn't?)
Description of Work: In-home repair to a personal computer. A virus had infected my computer and it became completely inoperable over the course of two days. Onsite PC Doctor came to my house and very quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to execute a solution that rid my PC of the trouble.

+ -1 moreSteve returned my call promptly, and agreed to an appointment at a time convenient to me. He arrived promptly, and quickly and efficiently explained and fixed my problem. He also gave me advice about how to fix it myself, if the problem happened again, and how to fix related problems, even if it meant calling cable company, instead of him. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and spoke in understandable language. He liked my cat.
Description of Work: My personal wireless network seemed to have disappeared into thin air.
