Terrible. Never got them to return phone calls, never got them to give us an estimate or anything.
Description of Work: We called them many times to try and get an estimate on how much it would costs to fix our antenna. They originally installed the antenna on our chimney many years ago with the previous home owners. They never returned our phone call. I even visited their store and could never get them to do business with us.

First work was good. However a few years later I needed some help with getting the system running again and I could not get them to help me at all. The system is complex and I can't figure it out myself and they are not interested in any follow up work and I am willing to pay them. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are happy to sell you lots of stuff but are gone when you need them later and I only live around the corner from them!!
Description of Work: Bought a VCR and DVR player. Had advanced hook up items installed on a complex home theater system. They came to the house for the install.
