Simon's price was reasonable and he came on the day promised and did a professional job. Simon was very knowledgeable about which fixtures to choose. They patched up any extra holes they had to make in the walls and ceiling and left the site clean when the job was completed.

They were pretty professional and they were able to come up with suggestions and solutions for an unusual situation. Their punctuality was terrible but in the end the work got done.

The one problem I had with them is that they weren't very timely. Overall, I thought they did a pretty good job.

A tenant had to delay moving in, because the main circuit was out with unusual symptoms. After leaving messages on three machines, Simon was the fourth electrician I had called. He actually answered the phone himself, I described the problem and he arrived in about an hour. After figuring out the problem, the solution included running some wire and making connections in a three foot high flat roof crawlspace on a 90 degree 90% humidity day. Because of Simon's and his assistant's efficiency the job took much less time than could have. I have a technical background and do much work on my house myself, but this one had me stumped. He also seemed to enjoy solving an unusual problem.

He's caring and reasonable, but he sometimes shows up a little late. His price is good and his work is good. He comes right out for an emergency.
