+ -1 moreI WAS IMPRESSED THAT EVEN THOUGH HE COULD NOT HELP ME HE CALLED BACK PROMPTLY AND REFERRED ME TO SOME OTHER PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP. VERY NICE. I'D SO MUCH RATHER HAVE SOMEONE ADMIT THEY CAN'T HELP YOU RATHER THAN TAKE YOU ON AS A CLIENT AND GIVE LOUSY SERVICE AS THE CURRENT COMPANY WE HAVE HAS DONE!
Description of Work: CALLED TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO SNOW REMOVAL FOR MY CONDO ASSOCIATION. WAS UNABLE TO TAKE ME ON DUE TO ALREADY HAVING TOO MANY CUSTOMERS.
