 + -1 moreHe did very good work for me. There were actually two guys working together. I gave them a $1000 advance as a downpayment for some window installation and they have disappeared. Their phone number is disconnected and they do respond to email. I did receive a check in the end for $600 back.
Description of Work: He did various things, he cleaned up the backyard, power washed the porch, cleaned windows, and fixed cracks in the outside walls. they charged about $50/hr.
