Description of Work: They first came in the middle of a snow storm to attend to my heat which they fixed. Then they ordered a part for a more permanent solution and installed it and serviced my heating unit in April 2014. I appreciated them coming so quickly in the middle of a snow storm - and getting it all fixed.

Very badly.
Description of Work: Atlantic installed a hot air furnace for me about 5-6 years ago, we've had problems with it almost since the beginning. They came back maybe a dozen times and it kept failing on extremely cold days. Recently I had them out again and they charged me about $415 to clean the unit. Before they came out, I had asked them to look at the oil lines and let me know if anything was needed to bring them up to current code, because MA recently passed laws about types of oil lines and connections that are required. $415 later they told me they had no idea what the code is and that I'd have to call the building department. That is a truly ridiculous answer given that they installed this machine and install these furnaces all the time -- are they saying they have no idea how to install an oil furnace to code?? At any rate, it's now about 30 days since the $415 tune up, and low and behold the unit has failed again... Never again will I work with Atlantic.

Description of Work: Restarted oil fired burner that is also the source of instant tank-less hot water. No other heating or plumbing company would do this without having an oil delivery contract. There seems to be a lock on this type of work by the oil folks.
