Lior was available the morning after we spoke over the phone and he arrived on time and even called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment to confirm. He was honest, personable and highly skilled and was able to efficiently install several door knobs in my new condo in addition to changing out the key lock for the front door. He came prepared and all 4 keys he made for me worked perfectly. Astrolock's prices were really great and I appreciated the complete customer service that Lior provided me with. He went the extra mile by going over my entire bill with me, even down to the sales tax. I highlyhave recommend Lior and Astrolock!!!

Lior provided the locksmith services I requested. He gave me an estimate, explained the value of choosing one lockset over another and installed the locks I needed. He cleaned up after the installation and explained other options I could consider regarding the number of keys we could use to access the lock. The service exceeded my expectations. Lior was the tech who came to my house. It wasn't an emergency call, but he still came as soon as I needed and did a great job. I'll never look for a locksmith by google again. those scammers try to tell you the "minimum" a lock might cost to rekey. Ask them before they come what the "maximum" might be! Astro lock was a great value.

Quick, same-day service and careful job was done

We had 10 doors repaired and new hardware installed. Work entailed drilling new holes, filling existing holes with wood filler and sanding down to a smooth finish and installing new hardware. They did and excellant job on the sanding to where when we paint the doors you won't even notice that the work was done. Very friendly and efficient work by which the service tech, Lior, stayed to complete the job in one day when he quoted us on a 2 day job. Priced handsomely as well too!

Excellent work. Cleans up without asking. Very pleased with 2 new brass locks and door 2 new brass door handles for front and back doors. Work is meticulous. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My call was returned immediately and an appointment set up for the next day. My repair required some additional problem solving. The locksmith came up with a very satisfactory solution that exceeded my expectations; really correcting a long standing problem. I appreciate him putting the thought and effort into it. The price seemed very fair and there was no charge for a smaller adjustment on another door. That was a nice surprise. Lior is very personable and was a pleasure to have in my home while he worked. Lior is eager, attentive and inventive. He tried several ways to improve our door-closing problem and ultimately succeeded! He did a wonderful job in re-keying our lock. He has excellent tools for any job, it seems. He gets a little distracted by phone calls, but on the whole he was efficient, friendly, and professional. I hope others take advantage of his skills and knowledge.
