+ -1 moreThey compiled a list of potential contractors and then had them come in and give a cost estimate. This is a small firm, which means there can sometimes be delays. However, they were always honest about time frames and were realistic. I especially liked the fact that they totally managed the contractors for this job.
Description of Work: They did complete renovation of a condo. This included doing the design and project book. They also totally managed the contractors responsible for gutting and rebuilding our condo. I paid them by the hour. There were four staff members working on my job. The head architect got $145, the middle architect who did most of the work got $80, the draftsman got $65 and another member of the team who does part-time work got $35.
